Hello, my name is Kevin Lawson and i’m a illustrator from South E
I’ve made a Unvale account 😊
It seems like a better option then instagram to show off you artwork (instagram is just a bigger platform - but not one designed to be a portfolio). I have been on ArtStation for about a year, but that site/app doesn’t feel suitable for my kind of art style. It’s great that lots of different styles of art is on a platform like Unvale.
My first art book ☺️ It’s a journey of understanding myself with illustrations. Along the way, I’ve made several children’s books, including two colouring books.
This was a personal project I worked on for about three years. Initially, I was unsure how to begin. Reflecting on my artwork from 2017 to 2023, I decided to curate the best pieces from 2019 to 2024. I then chose a random order. I particularly wanted to include illustrations I’ve been creating on paper and markers, which I hope to expand upon in a future book.
I thoroughly enjoyed this project, though it was quite frustrating. Finding the right size, deciding on the art pieces, and figuring out how they would fit on the page, not to mention the number of pieces involved, were all challenges.
Doodle Diary Vol 1 by Kevin Lawson is out to buy on Amazon Book Store ✌🏾☺️👍🏾
My first art book is just about ready, just have to fix some things.
“Hey there! I’m thrilled to share this amazing art book with you. It’s a collection of my favourite works, all blended together in one portable book. You’ll find whimsical doodles, playful children’s book illustrations, and even bold graffiti-inspired art. From quirky characters to vibrant street-style designs, every page is a celebration of fun, freedom, and the pure joy of making art. Whether you’re an art enthusiast, a fellow doodler, or just looking for a smile, this book is your little escape into a world of colour and imagination. So, dive in and let the creativity flow!”
My new wallpaper pack is up on my website. Video Game Wallpaper pack is made up off 8 super clean minimal wallpaper with something to do with video games.
Ninja Kid was tasked with a special mission. He thought it was to save someone as the note was urgent. Jumping into action, he searched for Cat, but no Cat can be found (well, Cat is too busy doing Cat things! 🤭).
I’ve got a new wallpaper pack out on my website. This one is based on consoles and video games. The wallpapers work great on mobile devices (Apple or Android), with a clean look for your mobile screen. You get 8 designs.
A another mini comic featuring Ninja Kid and Cat. This one is about Ninja Kid seeing something that he thinks would be a great thing to have. The big question when it gets here is… “What’s in the box?”
This is my second (or third!) mini comic featuring Ninja kid and his best friend, cat. I feel I’ve finally figured out how to make them. I’m having lots of fun doing them, I’m going to see if I can do the some for my other book characters.
I’m showing off my A3 posters (and hey, A4 is also available!). My new printer is the Epson XP-970, and it’s been fantastic so far. It prints out my artwork beautifully, which is a huge plus. I especially love how accurate it is to my artwork on my iPad. The only downside is the ink cartridge prices—they’re a bit steep, with a pack (black and 5 colours) costing around £78.
Anyways, you can buy my posters on my website ☺️
Hello and welcome to my site. It’s a website that is home to my designs and illustrations. I will also have links to my Red Bubble store and
After playing around with the Ai features, I kinda like it, I’m a bit annoyed that it changes the look of the artwork as it goes on (Ai doing its thing!). A bit confused on what you can use and what images you can't.
Overall, a great video editor for the iPad (well, it's for the iPhone, but it works great on the iPad).
My newest Shinobi Portrait, I thought I would use a lot more digital effects (blur, grain effects), I think it feels like an Ai artwork (I’ve also noticed that her right eye is a bit wonky (I was experimenting with eye sizes, then completely forgot to pick a size - I did prefer the left eye because it made her more mature looking).
Anyways, I’m enjoying making these portrait artwork, I’ve been doing them since I was a little younger, then stopped (life and so on 😪).
