Titanium Court (Demo)
developed by AP Thomson and participating in February Steam Next Fest
During the judging process for the Independent Games Festival, there was plenty of hush-hush hype around a certain mysterious, unannounced game by AP Thomson (previous works including life simulation RPG Consume Me and fortune-manipulating RPG Fortune-499). Lots of "I can't tell you about it and it's hard to describe, but this is looking really interesting!"
Titanium Court, which was revealed publicly through its official nomination (it's now a finalist for four awards, including Excellence in Design and Excellence in Narrative), can now, finally, be described publicly: "A surreal strategy game for clowns and criminals." Oh, okay.
ROUND 2, MATCH 3!
Who would Win?
The Distance to One’s Aspiration
A Director’s Attention to Detail
Reminder: This is for who would win in a fight against each other. It’s preferred that you pick who you think would win, even if they’re not your favorite card!
Vote 2026: The polls have closed in the third match of the Groups C and D stages in the 2026 Battle of the Week Voting Tournament and when all the votes are counted, starting with Group C, the former champion from the 2021 season, Luz Noceda (The Owl House), will stay undefeated as she takes Match 3 of the Group C stages in the 2026 Battle of the Week Voting Tournament. Defeating Anne Boochuy (Amphibia) in their 2021 group stage rematch between the two candidates, with the final score of 19-18 at poll closing.
We can also call the race in the Group D stages in the third match of said group, and when all the votes are counted, SpongeBob SquarePants (SpongeBob) will win his first match as a candidate in the voting tournament. He defeats Cricket Green (Big City Greens) with the final score of 22-16 at poll closing.
Can someone who plays Merge Gardens kindly tell me what the FUCK. Is going on in that game?
It was one thing when it was “my grandmother was framed for murder and…presumably left something in the garden to exonerate her” that was a weird enough ad campaign but now
THIS
What the fuck is happening! Is the red head a witch? Is the garden a guardian that eats people? Why can’t we trust Rita!? I ask because I just KNOW none of these questions will be answered in the game without me losing a lot of my life to it. Please help I have followed sad, bespectacled women in match 3 ad games for a decade now and I feel very connected to them spiritually
Creepy Redneck Dinosaur Mansion 3 Is OUT NOW! + FAQ
Firstly, our match-3 survival horror comedy RPG metroidvania you didn't know you needed is OUT NOW! Here's the launch trailer!
Now, the 3 in the title may need a little explanation so we put together this handy FAQ. FAQ: WHAT IS CREEPY REDNECK DINOSAUR MANSION 3?
WHAT IS CREEPY REDNECK DINOSAUR MANSION 3?
It’s a video game!
Also, we’re calling it the match-3 survival horror comedy RPG metroidvania you didn't know you needed. A “matchroidvania”, if you will. And you should, because that’s what we’re calling it.
DO I NEED TO PLAY CREEPY REDNECK DINOSAUR MANSION OR CREEPY REDNECK DINOSAUR MANSION 2 TO UNDERSTAND?
So, there is no Creepy Redneck Dinosaur Mansion 1 or 2. This game was originally intended as a sequel to two games that didn’t exist, because we thought it would be funny.
Then the game industry took a nosedive, and this game got cancelled, un-cancelled, and cancelled again.
When we started on CRDM3 for the third and final time, we saw an opportunity to use this sequel to a series that doesn’t exist to actually say something about the game industry, and the process of making a game in 2025. You’ll probably appreciate a lot of the jokes if you’re a game developer, but if you aren’t, we hope the game is both understandable and a good introduction to that secret world of knowledge and context you usually only get from being prematurely aged by this hellfire of an industry first.
Here is the preview of Vagabond Matchers, the other post had older sprites. Im so happy with this project and hope to get even further with it in the future. I also would like to thank my team and artist @n1ghts1ash and @oxinvaderemixo.
