There's a method called "nod and wink" when these types of outlets will all launder a "story" as long as their checks are cleared. Nod and wink basically means all those tabloids know damn well certain stories are "fabricated". They just go along with it since they are indeed paid.

REAL outlets such as GQ, Vogue, Vanity Fair, Today Show, Good morning America -- when THESE outlets PRINT things about let's say "A baby" to a celeb, THEN it's legit. If they didn't utter a word? Then that means the actor's team didn't go on RECORD to confirm it, because they require actual on record proof from a rep/parent or photo documentation.
