I distinctly remember this being a thing in 2002 when I went and saw Attack of the Clones in IMAX on a school trip. The scene where Anakin complains about sand was gone.

My understanding was that somehow, they couldn’t show the whole movie in IMAX because it was too long unless they cut something. Is this real, or just some kind of wild false memory?

I went to the pool in my hometown for the first time in probably 25 years, and it was really (surprisingly) lovely.

To be clear, I trust the children I am related to to not pee in a pool. But I know kids do it; my brain just conveniently forgets this fact while I’m in a pool.

It’s been really hot this week, and it was nice to go to the splash pad and the pool with family.

(And if my right arm looks scratched in the third panel, it’s because I did get scratched picking black raspberries. My dad says to wear long sleeves and pants, but it was too friggin hot. )
