Free Thinking

Sometimes I don't understand the human mind. If I could find out anything it would be about the human mind. I want to know how it works. Why it works the way it does and why everyone's is so vastly different. Everyone has such free thinking. Compared to you and I? There is 8 billion other views on how to think. Isn't that crazy? In a few years it'll be 9 billion. I want to know everything about it. I want to know everyone's view points on a subject.

But is it really free thinking? I had this theory that stems off of the quote "Everything happens for a reason." What if it does? What if the moment the big bang happened that everything that has ever happened has been programmed to do just that? What if we never had a chance at free thinking? Everything that I have done in my life was always meant to happen. Every word Ive said every action I've done.

You reading this? You wouldn't be here right now if someone somewhere said something different to you.

So is it free thinking? Are we allowed to have free thoughts? Or am I actually an AI programmed to do certain things throughout my life? Is that insane? Is that possible?
