I feel very icky when it comes to how Maruder fans portray LGBTQ+ characters in fanfiction, artwork, etc because I feel like some of it is very fetishizing. Like yes, as a transman i do want to see representation in characters i like but there's such a big difference between wanting to see representation and fetishization by people who are "allys".

Please do not get me started on how they portray Severus Snape. I will get violent
