I count the colours in various posts. There are 12 colours I track: Rust, Bronze, Gold, Iron, Olive, Jade, Teal, Cobalt, Indigo, Purple, Violet and Fuchsia.
Posts are given scores based how many colours they contain. Additional information will be given for if they have a bias toward girl colours or boy colours, if they contain the additional bonus colours “Lime” and “Candy” (only unlockable if the post contains at least 6 of the other colours) and whether the full rainbow of colours has been achieved, and whether the connotations derived from that will be positive or negative.
Otherwise that’s about it. A reminder that there will be no casual transphobia permitted on these posts (TERFS DNI); and if someone were able to make a piece of fiction with 1 character for each of the colours that would be really cool and I would totally read it.
My decision on what counts as what colour is final.
Something something children’s hospital.

Additional information:
Yes, I’m British, and use the British spelling of coloUr.
No, colours within the text or UI of tumblr do not count, only images and other media. Not PFPs either.
#bonus colours unlocked is for when more than 6 regular colours have appeared, unlocking bonus colours
#girl-leaning, #boy-leaning and #balanced (as all things should be) indicate if a post has more girl colours, boy colours, or a healthy equal in both. Bonus colours do not apply to this.
#[x/12] are the tags for when x of the regular colours appear in the post. #[x/14] is the same but including bonus colours, and will only show up if they are unlocked.
#not colours will be for non-colour related posts.
This blog is the child of @rainbow--completionist and @colortracker, both of whom are unaware of this currently. (Ok they know now, but not when I first made this. Sorry for the re-ping.)
Feel free to ask me any questions. I will be as cryptic as possible in my responses.
