We don’t meet Vauthery until after this quest and in fact, its a necessary quest to progress in MSQ come to think of it. And the girl was let into Eulmore so she could sing and perform for her patron. All of Forgiven Obscenity’s moves in the boss battle are named after types of performances or the raising or lowering of sound, like one does when singing. And when we saw Tesleen, the transformation into sineater is a rather quick, if forced by a greater sineater or a lightwarden. So time between her turning and them bringing in the guy who we hear screaming, can be considered.

Me and @tarajenkins have been theorycrafting over this a lot a lot and have another person to consider.

Vaulthry’s mother. Same parted hair, face type, and even the side of the ponytail, is the longer side on the sin eater.

1. His mother used to sing him lullabies. 2. Obscenity is noted for being oddly powerful for a sineater. Theory being she was also infected after giving birth to Vaulthry, making her more powerful than a normal sin eater. 3. Consort of Sin? imo the sin being Vaulthry’s garbage father lol. "Consort" being wife/companion of a ruling person, aka the mayor. 4. Alphinaud called her one of Vauthry’s “favorites,” so I think she had to have been around longer than the other singer. 5. Solitaire ring, she was married to Mayor Punchable Face. 6. Sin eaters are creatures of habit. And she seems content hanging out in THAT room… Also what makes me super sad was when Vaulthry was going on about his dad saying he was a god, he didn’t mention his mom. Makes me think she turned early on in his life :(
