Hubby took the scale and I'm having a panic attack. Going to be a long fucking week.

RANT

I'm only eating once a day, and the scale won't move. Recent study was done showing that people who lost lots of weight in the past permanently lower their BMR by about 500 calories. I lost 70 pounds as a teenager and have just lost 60 pounds over the last year. If my BMR has been lowered it means in order to lose I can only have about 600 to 700 calories a day on order to lose weight. Fuck.

TW: Food, eating, dieting... To my shame I ate WAY too much last night. Half an udon dish, three cookies, left over pasta, and popcorn. I've done so well this week, frustrated at myself for binging. Today will probably be a fast day to make up for my stupidity :/
