Achilles hair concept me and an (now former) moot came up with

the moot that helped come up with this is @pyndr0p (disclaimer they mostly draw sharpwolf. If you don’t like it don’t be rude to them)

so they mentioned once that they don’t like blonde Achilles because he was originally described as a red head so me and them came up with an idea:

achilles hair is both blonde and red. With the tips of his hair being red head while the top is dyed blonde from being dipped in the river Styx. It works from a artistic perspective but also works from a story perspective: with the gold representing his divinity and his red hair representing his humanity and so when Patroclus dies and he cuts his hair off it also symbolizes him cutting off his humanity and empathy
