honestly s/o to all the ppl who are trying hard to be more positive and make meaningful changes in their lives and work towards recovery because it’s hard and ppl definitely don’t say it enough, but focusing on yourself is very difficult & the progress you’re making is valuable

2017 was a hard year for you, i get that. but i hope you meet the right people in 2018, those who appreciate you & won’t take you for granted. & if you happen to come across people who just want to use you or find comfort in seeing you hurt, i hope you now know when to talk away
