Are all dysphoric people trans?

Let me explain. No, I’m not asking if all trans people have dysphoria.  That question brings up a seriously messy shit-storm that I don’t want to deal with.

If you have body or gender dysphoria, does that mean you’re trans? I’m questioning my gender right now (my sex is female) and recently I got a moment of really bad dysphoria. Of course, it had to be at night so I couldn’t sleep. I tried and failed to bind my chest, so I just curled up and cried on my bed.

Everyone says I’m more feminine than masculine, so am I cisgender despite having body dysphoria?

Also for this question, assume my only possible options for me are male and female. I’ve considered nonbinary options but they don’t fit me.
