“I dunno, little girls are into some quirky stuff nowadays,” Niall replied, tilting his head slightly as he thought. “Might be breaking more hearts than you think. At any rate, I think we should just run for it. There’s a great coffe shop down the road a ways, as long as the fans don’t catch wind of my precense, we’re in the clear.”

Nicola couldn’t help but let out a chuckle at his words. She’d never had as much of a fanbase as Niall, and imagining the things he’d seen to make him say something like that, was slightly amusing. “Well, in that case, never mind,” she got out quietly, her laughter dying down. “Okay, deal. I bet you a Vanilla Latte that I can beat you to there. Duck and run. Ready? Set --” And before she could say go, Nicola hopped out of the bushes, and began to sprint in the direction of the coffee shop, gaining a head start as she wove in and out of people.

“I actually don’t have that many of my old clothes, I donate them when I grow out of them. Not only am I doing something nice, it makes for less of a mess for me to have to clean up. Though, Sofi does get a few things she gets to pick out. Aw, thanks. Definitely. I would be pretty devastated if I ever had to miss Christmas.”

“You little saint, look at you go. That’s true, though, that is a very good point. Cleaning up clothes off the floor that aren’t even yours, can be painful. You’ll look at it and miss it, but roll your eyes because it’s not yours anymore and you gave away the responsibility of cleaning it up. It’s probably best to donate them.”

“I can’t do that. Unfortunately, I’m addicted to the show as well. I mean, sometimes it is different, like not really actually no. Most of the time it is the same, but hey there could be that strange one where they are who they say they are. “

“Oh no. Oh no. If you can’t, and if I can’t, this means we’re stuck here. On the couch. Probably for the next seven hours, ‘cause it’s a marathon. Oh yea, I like the ones where they are who they say they are. But there’s nothing like an episode that’s wild from start to finish. Like the one where Nev was like, ‘you’re gay.’ and the guy was like, ‘obviously I’m not gay.’ and then Nev recaps what the dude did, and the guy’s like, ‘I give it to you, you got me there.’” Wild from start to finish.”

“I have to watch it? Alright, I guess it couldn’t hurt.” He sat down and crossed his arms over his chest, his eyes glued to the tv. “Four hours?!”

“It’s basically a show about exposing liars on the internet. What’s American Dad? Is that like.. a show about Army men..?”

He’s actually a big sweetheart in Kitchen Nightmares. That and Master Chef Jr. definitely bring out the soft side of Gordon. He starts out really harsh but eases up through the episode. And when he revisists places he’s always nice. I don’t think I’ve ever played it, but I’ve heard of it before! But yeah. Just trying to help out with you feeling bad about watching Catfish!”

“I’ll have to check out Master Chef Jr. I think kids cooking is the cutest thing. Ah, well thank you. That is much appreciated, and yes, I do feel better about sitting on the couch for four hours, watching this show.”

I’m very jealous of everyone who got to.”

“That’s how most reality shows work. But it’s new people every time. So you have to watch it! It’s the same way with me binge watching Kitchen Nightmares. I know a restaurant is in trouble and Gordon Ramsay is gonna come in. But I don’t know exactly what’s happening at this restaurant. So I totally get the addicting thing.”

“Oh my God, yes. That is the best comparison. I’ve only ever seen Kitchen Nightmares once, and Gordon kind of scared me. I’ll have to watch more, though. That show reminds me of the game Kitchen Mama. Have you played it? I used to be obsessed with it back in middle school.”

“I have one sister. She’s younger than me and i’m so thankful about that. I couldn’t imagine it being the other way around. Oh my, yeah. It’d get pretty crazy. I’m just imagining all of the loose wrapping paper laying around after opening gifts. It’s making me nervous. Thankfully I haven’t missed a Christmas with my family! And that’s super important to me. I don’t either? I think just to give some extra promo and what have you.”

“I am very jealous of that. She must be stoked, because when you outgrow your clothes, she gets them. And you wear cute clothes, so I’m guessing she feels pretty grateful. My sister was always much older than I, growing up, so I never got to keep any of hers. Now I do, we share clothes all the time, so that’s nice. Yea, yea, it was like a wrapping paper fiasco after everyone opened gifts. And the storage closet -- it looks like a wrapping paper factory. Well that’s good, I’m glad. Holidays like that should always be spent with family, I think. No matter how busy our lives get, you know?”
