you don't know me I'm from another school

you can have the same exact meal as I'm having today if you:

1. chop up a cabbage that would be best for a salad because it's a young, and also it went bad so you had to chop off some parts

2. put the chopped cabbage into a pan with olive oil on medium heat

3. add salt, leave it to release water and cook

4. forget about it and so it starts burning

5. add more oil, salt, serious amounts of pepper, and a bit of water, then leave it to cook some more

6. forget about it again, go stir it now it's all a pretty nice colour because the burnt cabbage is now mixed with the non burnt cabbage and now it looks as if you didn't burn it at all and instead cooked it perfectly

7. shove into a bowl too small to hold an almost entire cabbage

8. eat it and realise you're eating cooked cabbage that tastes like slightly seasoned cabbage. which is a traditional dish here that i absolutely can't stand(no it's like a stew it's not just cabbage. my people love to make a stew out of everything)
