Hello Hello Hello :),

I swear it's a coincidence that EA just published a Book Nook kit, maybe they have seen my hint from last month :D, joking.

I am thrilled to show you this month's items, a 40-piece modular library. The bookshelves are traditional in style and perfect for a chateau setting, in my opinion :) The Bookshelf can be made from six pieces: two single-tile bookshelves, a 2-tile version, a rounded inside corner, an outside corner, and an extra decorative piece for separation. The bookshelves are full height and you will get short, medium, and tall versions. To spice up this library you will get ladders for the medium and tall versions.

Now let me reveal a little secret, I made functional secret book doors matching the shelves, I included arch versions too :) People were asking me to make them for years, but don't ask me why it took me so long to create them :D, I loved watching my testing sims walk through the book wall.

To fill up all the space I created 14 clutter items, 9 book pieces in two different styles and various sizes, 2 sculptures, 2 vases, and a box. I matched the slots to the dimensions of my items and everything can be mixed and matched quite well :)

Hello Hello Hello :),

After we went to China together we will be going back to the roots to be exact back to France for the following months. My favorite types of buildings inspire my newest Set: French Chateaus, therefore it's only natural to call this newest Collection CHATEAU

Basics first!: It always helps me to set the mood and style by creating the build items first; a Chateau needs loads of them. This month I focused on windows and doors, almost all of these items have open versions for versatility. The windows and doors can be decorated with separate frames in two different styles. Other architectural items are dormer windows ( which light up at night), coins, brick/ stone walls, and matching foundations, In total 58 items :)

Just as a side note, while I was building for the promo shot I realized that the new items go very well with the Grove, Berlin, and of course the Paris Set.

Felixandre & Hey Harrie are back with yet another collaboration, but this time it is for that simpler life! It's great to have unique one of a kind pieces in your Sims’ homes, but sometimes it's the Baysic items that are missing. This set of 90 items aims to solve the problem for the living, dining, kitchen and bedroom.

Kitchen: Two fully fledged kitchens with not only a rainbow of colour swatches, but also special accent counters, appliance units, fridge nooks and colour co-ordinated appliances. Not forgetting the new kitchen prep trolley & clutter pieces to turn your house into a home.

Dining: A set of matching dining tables in 3 sizes along with a matching dining chair and pendant lighting

Living: Full suite of matching sofa, love seat and armchair, plus your favourite ‘Needs No Introduction’’ accent armchair, along with matching side & coffee table and lighting options for every area of the room

Bedroom: The most requested item has finally been brought to life! The ‘Packs Wardrobe System’ enables you to create a custom built in wardrobe with 3 different cupboard fronts that snap into place and allow you to create an infinite amount of colour combinations to suit your room design perfectly. Of course there is a matching set of double, single and toddler bed frames and comfy bedding

99.9% of the items are Base Game compatible, however the ‘Colour Pop High Oven’ requires DHD to be fully functional. If you don’t own that pack the item will still place in game, but be purely decorative.

Also make sure to have auto counters turned off when placing built-in appliances, otherwise they disappear when placed. You can always turn auto counters back on once placed :)

SIMOLEONZ ONLINE JOBS MOD (BGC)

Hi everyone,

I added a bunch of stuff to my Online Tasks Mini Mod and ended up reworking the whole thing. This adds a new interaction to your Sims' computers, under the Career pie menu category called Simoleonz Online Jobs. It's available for all Sims, Teen and up, and I've disabled autonomy. It's completely Base Game Compatible (BGC).

But what does it do? Okay, I hear you, you want facts;

Click on a Computer

Click Career> Simoleonz Online Jobs

Choose a task (Do Online Surveys, Proofread Content, Give Tarot Reading, Give Repair Advice, Bookkeeping, Design Custom Logo, Design Website, Teach Subject, Freelance Writing and Sell Stock Photos)

Your Sim will then work online, with the time and pay to vary for each job.

Bask in your new ability to earn Simoleons on the side!

Hope you like it! I thought it was a great way to earn some extra money if your Sim is between jobs, or desperately trying to meet the rent!

Back to the basics -OR- how much clutter can I fit into one small room?

Most of the clutter in this kit was requested by you people out there. Thus, you need slots to put the clutter somewhere, right? This set's got you covered. Be it the electric toothbrush, the exotic soaps or the curlers: it will have a spot. Slot. You know what I mean. The kit's files are named "Bathroom Essentials" or BE for short, so you know what belongs together and what not. If you want to search for them look for the icon or type " LxN ". Some of these have extra instructions in their object description. If nothing is written down, just try messing with the assets. The toilet paper rolls are stackable, and yes, you can build an entire castle out of it.

Hello hello!

Charly Pancakes and I have worked on a special project together that we want to share with you now. We have been wanting to do a collaboration together for quite some time now and the Wedding stories pack was a perfect opportunity for us to work on a custom content set together for the first time. For the design choice we tried to make a versatile set that works for rustic weddings in the countryside as well as for a boho inspired beach wedding. Even a more simple wedding in the backyard would fit the theme of the items we made pretty well! And because weddings only happen once in a while, we tried to make the items also suitable for your regular residential homes as well. Included in this pack are many options for your sims to sit down (which we all know isn't their biggest talent - but at least the have the opportunity to do so), a modular party tent with many possibilities that you can fit to the size that is suitable for your event, many candles and flowers to get the amount of romance your Sims need for an important day in their life and much more.

We had a great time working together and really hope you like what we came up with. You can prepare yourself for more collabs in the future!
