A/N: Price and Laswell trolling Gaz was so fun. I also have fatfatmillycat images stuck in my head right now so I'm prepared for this.
The first time you met Gaz was pretty refreshing, being one of the younger people in 141. Your first impression of Price and Gaz was like an uncle raising his nephew (The banter was the cherry on top.)
After a bit of working together, your comfort levels increase– especially with Gaz. It was inevitable that you'd one day be included in between the uncle and nephew talks, but good god poor Price.
In short, he doesn't get you young people (even if hes only a little under a decade older, what the hell do you and Gaz mean by favorite spoons to use?)
Actually, lets run that conversation back

Price: Alright, dig through anything important.
y/n: Will do... this person has awful taste in silverware
Gaz: How so? Are there only soup spoons?
y/n: No, but they're too decorated to the point where it's annoying.
Price: What are you on about, eh?
y/n: Don't you have that one piece of silverware you dislike, cap?
Price: No, I don't think so?
Gaz: I think the forks I have at home are a bit too round for my taste.
y/n: That's unfortunate. I think mine are too sharp on the handle.

Poor guy, really. It got even worse when the same mishaps that happen to either you or Gaz seem to repeat after one experiences an issue. Shortly after the helicopter incident, you had the unfortunate occurance of being in the same position. The first thing you heard on your radio was your capitain screaming something about 'Not this shit again' and 'Gaz, tell her what to fucking do!' (he did though– out of experience.)
Price was stressed to the core after that happened. One near death helicopter incident was enough, two was something else.
Occasionally Price understands the hyperspecific conversations you and Gaz have, but he ends up getting confused once it takes some weird turn. Example being the topic of animals. It started off with what childhood pets you had then ended off with 'Do other animal species understand each other?'
Working with your team was already pretty simple, but it felt like a chaotic family now and you really couldn't be happier.

Inuit communities in northern Canada say they fear iron ore mine expansion will harm wildlife and cultural practices.
As the mayor of Clyde River, a small Inuit hamlet in the territory of Nunavut in northern Canada, Jerry Natanine had seen local opposition to an iron ore mining project building for years.
So, when a group of Inuit hunters this month set up a protest blockade at the Mary River mine on Baffin Island, in the Arctic Archipelago, he was not surprised. “They’re not here to listen to us at all,” Natanine told Al Jazeera in a phone interview, referring to Baffinland Iron Mines Corporation, which runs the site.
Seven hunters from small Inuit communities in the region blocked an airstrip and a tote road along which the iron ore is transported to a shipping port, about 100km (62 miles) away.
The hunters said Baffinland’s plan to expand the Mary River site, which has been in operation since 2015, could threaten the animals they rely on for survival and that are intimately tied to their cultural practices.
The company wants to double the mine’s output from six to 12 million tonnes per year as part of what it calls phase two of development. It also plans to build a 110km railway connecting the site to a port at Milne Inlet, as well as a second port dock, from which to ship the material that is mostly exported to Europe.
