          Honestly, Ene was anything but self-righteous. She hated the thought of being so ‘high and mighty’ and smug. Really-- She was typically quite kind, and shy. But, being as straight-edge as she was, she had quite a low tolerance when it came to people like this.

                    “Okay,” she huffed, as she crossed her arms, “I’m going to ignore what you just said, and act as though that never happened. Just-- Tell me what you do remember-- And how I can help you, in the first place.”

                 It was strange. It was strange how she worried about every person                  on this planet, and the next one after it, no matter who they happened                  to be. But she couldn’t help it. It’s why she’s here. ( Even though her                  entire life had been nothing but d e s t r u c t i o n when she tried to                  help… )

                    “... Y-Yeah...? I’m fine, I think..?”

          Wow, this girl was... Really worried about her. She only tripped over the other’s feet, and she wasn’t bleeding, or anything. So, what made her worry so much? Perhaps she was just one of those people who tended to overreact to minor things like that.

                    “Thanks for worrying, and all, but... I’m fine-- I swear! See?”

          With that, she held her hands up, showing that there was nothing but a bit of a burn from impact with the ground.

                  hello, hello! in the past month or so since i made this blog, i’ve met                   so many wonderful people, & i really was able to start enjoying role                   playing again,  as much as i did when i first began a few years ago,                   which  i’ve somehow lost along the way.  the lovely people i’ve had                   the pleasure of writing with,  my precious insensitive sociopath of a                   muse,  & the support and willingness to listen to me rant and rail on                   those bad days—  i would like to thank you all so much for allowing                   me to keep these things.                             & without further ado, the actual giveaway part of this.

          The brunette leaned over the other, squinting at his attitude. Typically, she’d ignore this sort of stranger, but... It was quite hard to when he was lying on grass-- In her front yard.

          He didn’t think he said anything that bad. Maybe he could be a bit over reactive at times, but.. it’s not like he meant to be that way. Whatever Kaiser had done, if he had done anything at all, would be fixed hopefully soon. 

                    “I’m, mm.. sorry if I had attitude. It’s just, no one’s ever acted the way you did before.. I hope you can understand.”

          Giving her an apologetic nod, he hoped that it was somewhat good of an apology. Having never been good with people didn’t help— He was afraid of most anyways.

          Well, with how the boy spoke to her, and given the expressions he had sent her way, it seemed as though he could be... Scared of her? No, no! She was nice! Everyone knew how nice she was! Nobody could actually be scared of her, right?

          Thinking back on what she had said, she realized that she did overreact a bit, and a large ping of guilt surged through her. It felt pretty horrible-- Realizing what she had said, and all.

                    “No-- It’s fine. Don’t apologize. I didn’t realize how harsh that sounded. I’m sorry for laughing, and stuff-- That was a bit rude of me. I’m usually not like this... I don’t think...? I guess I’ve just been in a bad mood today, and.. Yeah..”

❧ ℙʀᴏᴘʜᴇᴛ ❥ Was Rose confusing her? It seemed to be leaning that way, currently. However, she continued the conversation as if the expression happened to be purely coincidental. Oh well, it must have not been too bad. Blinking slowly, black painted lips curled into a smile. Apparently her introduction had gone by as fast as a speeding bullet over the lady’s head, but she said nothing, only extending a hand to her and offering a proper greeting.

❛I’m Rosalynn Lalonde, but I’m mostly known as Rose. It’s a pleasure to meet you Ene; I do hope I’m pronouncing that right. I am, right? I wouldn’t want to repeatedly pronounce your name wrong.❜

                    “Ah-- Right...”

          That’s right-- The other had already introduced herself, hadn’t she? The first sentence she spoke included her name, and it went right over Ene’s head. She had to admit, it was a bit embarrassing for her to have not realized it sooner. But, really, before-- When she introduced herself-- It seemed as though she was introducing herself with a stage name of some sorts. But, it was actually her real name!

          So embarrassing.                      “Rosalynn..? Rose, huh..? S’a nice name. Sorry, that sort of flew past me, earlier. Also, don’t worry, you’re right! ‘Eh-Neh’ is how you pronounce my name. Spelled; E-N-E !!”

     “Took me long enough for what? It’s not like     I’m causing you any problems, am I?”      A sleepy glare easily pushed in her direction, misguided,     more or less, due to grouchiness and disturbance of his     nap. Her foot was the least of his worries, though slightly     irritating.      “Not waiting for a bus. Just sleeping. Really, did     you think I’d fall asleep when I should be expecting     to get on a bus? How stupid would that be. A     complete waste of my time.”

                    “Hey! I was trying to be nice!”

          The girl crossed her arms, before the stranger. What a jerk-- Seriously! What’s with people, recently? She’s been nothing but nice, and this was the thanks she got, apparently. So much for trying to be a good person.

                    “You could at least say-- I don’t know-- ‘Thanks for worrying’, though, or something! Really! You should be thankful that I even thought you may miss a bus. Excuse me for not leaving you there, like a cold heartless old woman!”
