A little tip for any witches with roses in their gardens:

When working with rosebushes in the garden, if any thorns pierce you and stay in place in your flesh, that is the number of people working against you, wishing you harm, or speaking ill of you. Keep the thorn(s). Take it/them to your spirit house/spirit vessels or magical work station. Give it to the spirits and let them take care of it, or include it in a baneful work/return to sender work/protection work about the situation. Alternatively, the thorn(s) can be included in protective amulets or charm bags. 🌹🩸🌹

My meditation room smells so sweetly of the flowers I picked up at the flower stand yesterday! It immediately set me in such a good mood today to see the little bouquet I arranged —

chrysanthemum for protection;

daisy for luck and joy;

carnation for fortitude, and healing;

statice for clarity;

baby's breath for cleansing and purification;

rose for luck, protection, and love;

and stock or gilly-flower for blessings, longevity, and happiness.

I've another small bouquet in my room and in the kitchen.

I also picked up another miniature rose bush yesterday, which I'll be planting today. It's high time my other mini had a friend (though it's been going strong with the hostas and azaleas keeping it company for 8 years now).
