When you see any headline like this, always look deeper before assuming it’s some karen making a fuss. It is VERY hard to take action against major corporations even when their negligence causes you extreme physical harm. One of the easiest tactics to avoiding a lawsuit they take is having their PR teams discredit and embarrass the victim in articles and posts like this to prevent the public backing the victim and boycotting the company or otherwise causing a fuss.

Don’t trust articles with titles like this. Believe individuals over major corporations. It’s extremely unlikely for an individual to Sue a corporation as large as McDonalds or Disney without VERY good reason.
