No Reception, No Recollection (Open)
Minami Nyotei was sleeping on her back, eyes barely starting to flutter open. Her mind felt fuzzy, uncoordinated., blank even. What had happened…? One moment she was on a plane and then…she was….somewhere…
Her mind slowly coming back, Minami’s eyes softly open and she found herself starring at a drab tiled ceiling. This…was not right. This was all…wrong. This wasn’t planned. Her hand slowly moved upward and felt her face, her head. Nothing seemed out of place…except for her surroundings.
She finally sat up, taking it slow and easy in fear of any internal damage but…she felt fine, sans the strange sort of grogginess she was feeling. She lifted her head up and examined her surroundings. She was in a large room, one filled with multiple beds, holding numerous students. Were they students? Minami assumed as such…but no matter first things first.
…Where in the world is my purse?
She grumbled softly and turned around. Ah there it was, sitting on a bed side table, looking completely fine. Minami reached out and took the purse, placing it onto her lap. Moving the handle out of the way she began to rummage inside the purse, trying to locate her cellphone in this organized choas.
After a few moments she had finally located it. Bringing it out, she flipped it open, waiting a few moments for it to power on. It didn’t. The edge of her mouth dipped down into a small thin frown. This was not good. She couldn’t tell if her phone was broken or simply out of power. Grumbling louder she flipped it shut, a bit too hard and dropped it into her purse.
She slid her legs over the bed and stood up. She immediately felt her knees buckle slightly, and she made a small squeak of surprise. The Queen Bee quickly regained her footing and then straightened herself, bringing a hand to her face and coughing into it. It was at this point she started taking a serious look around the room.
Yes, these were all Hope Peak’s students, if her groupies reasearch was correct. She vaguely remembered a few of their talents and names, specifically the more famous or noteworthy ones, but she may as well get started. With that she buckled her knees again, falling sideways to the floor, landing on the sides of her legs. It was slightly painful, but sure to be worth it.
She placed a hand to her head and whimpered slightly. Yes, this was a good way to attract the right kind of attention.
