You cannot even nod. He smooths his palm down the back of your calf, clasping your slender ankle in his warm hand, and inexplicable pleasure trembles up your body, stirring between your thighs, quickening beneath your skin. Just the slightest touch, and you already can’t focus on anything else. How can it…?

Holding your leg up, he sweeps the soft towel over you, drying the warm water from your flesh even as you break out in goosebumps from the intensified sensation. “A rather charming vintage for only the most special of occasions. And how like you to be drawn to it — or perhaps, did you know what it was? Esprit sirene? The Siren’s Spirit?”

Your breasts heave with hastened breath as he releases your leg and moves to the other in just the same manner — stroking his fingers along the back, excruciatingly slow, gripping your ankle, and running the towel over your electrified skin.

“Bewitching, isn’t it?” Setting your other leg down, he steps closer to the bed, to you, his hips between your knees as he leans over you, stroking and drying the curves of your waist. Every movement he makes is so smooth, elegant and continuous, and you can only follow his hands with your eyes, mesmerized. “Every sensation heightened, attuned. Every touch like silk. Every desire…” He splays his fingers across your pelvis, the towel the only barrier between his palm and your body, and his gaze rises with his touch as he strokes up your abdomen, your ribs, to the swells of your breasts. “...amplified.”

I can't believe it's the one year anniversary of Unravel! To say this story changed my life is an understatement. I've met so many lifelong friends, connected with so many amazing fellow fans of BG3, and discovered so much about my own writing when I had become so stuck and didn't know where or how to grow. Unravel has taught me to trust my instincts, have fun, and never hold back, and I am so grateful for all of you who have come on this journey with me.

In the past, it took me 3+ years to write 90,000 words. Now, I've written 250,000+ (including another 50,000 in my other novel) in just one year! All because Unravel taught me how to throw off my own shackles and believe in what I create. Your encouragement has radically transformed me as a writer, so I say thank you, thank you, thank you.

I have several things to announce upon this momentous occasion, so here they are!

I have finished my other novel! Thank you to all for supporting me on my break, as it gave me the time to complete all the rewrites for my horror novel. I am now in the feedback & editing phase, and hope to query it to literary agents soon! (Perhaps coming to a bookshelf near you in the future? We can only hope!)

hi! i adore Hikari and would love to try playing bg3 with her as my tav. i was wondering if you would share more about how you would build her in-game? mods etc that you would recommend?

Yes, here are all the mods I have enabled currently! I don't use all of them but I'll detail the ones I use primarily for Hikari's appearance.

For her appearance, this is what I've got!

I use this hair and the Sylva face (I can't remember from which mod packs they are, I'm so sorry!) And then I use the Whispers of the Divine Aasimar mod with the No Cracks add-on for the body in order to get her Aasimar powers. She is a Wild Magic Sorcerer in-game with proficiency in Arcane and Deception. The picture above features her makeup in the "five years ago" parts of Unravel, but for most of Unravel she just has a little bit of black eyeliner and that's all!
