Alrighty! I havenโt posted on her for quite sometime. Since the pandemic started I have been pretty consistent with lifting though. With that being said I got an injury awhile back during sumo deadlifts and my trainer and dietitian had me get off of keto because 1) itโs not healthy 2) I didnโt have all the nutrients I needed to heal my muscle sprain. With the stress of pursuing another degree, moving back home, and the pandemic it lead me into a lot of stress eating, bored eating, binging for feeling worthless, etc. the list goes on. I am super bummed that I gained all the weight back but I will no longer punish myself for putting on weight or restrict my body of the fuel it needs.
I didnโt weight-lift all winter break but I am easing back in to daily exercise with yoga. This year I intend to make healthier lifestyles and develop a healthy relationship with food and exercise.
