Since I’m trying to keep myself busy during quarantine I decided to do Chloe Ting’s two week shred and here are my results. Didn’t lose any weight but I managed to lose 2 inches off my tummy. Small progress 😁👍🏽

this is the 30 day ab challenge i’m doing. it’s on the app store for apple, not sure about other carriers/brands. it walks you through increasing workouts for 30 days, all ab stuff obviously, and there are all different levels, from beginner on. my mom and aunt have done it and both have seen results so i’m excited to try it!
Sunday Done-day
So feeling a bit better today, but still not great. Busy day of laundry, church, rehearsal for a show I am stage managing, and genealogy research. And I am staying on track with my #decision December challenge which is the best I've done in quite awhile.
So today's challenge was:
10 crunches
10 leg raises
15 second plank
And tomorrow is a rest day- yay! Also I started a fitbit challenge for my fitbit friends and accepted a work week hustle challenge from my girl @mystoryfortheaudienceoftheworld so I am definitely getting back on track with 🎵a little help from my friends 🎵😁
Here you go @swoleprincess It's a good challenge. I did it last year and of you stick till the end you for sure feel those muscles that have been used.
Decision for December
Ok y'all, so I mentioned in my post this morning that I had made a decision about next month and here it is:
I am going to complete a 30 day ab challenge in December to help keep myself on track through the holiday season and to rock my way into a great start to 2018.
I have done well the last couple of weeks even with the Thanksgiving holiday. At my weigh in yesterday I was down .7 pounds. I want to keep the momentum going.
So I am wondering if anyone else would be interested in doing this #decision December ab challenge with me? It involves crunches, leg raises, and planking starting off nice and easy and building from there. If you are interested in doing this with me let me know with a message, reblog, or ask.
I am super excited about this and I hope some of you will join me!
Here's my day 3 September selfie. Chilling on bed elevating my knee because I can feel the overuse injury flaring up. Did get all my laundry done and day 3 of the ab challenge is complete! Yay! I also got some NaNoWriMo prep going. Not sure what I am going to write yet but got some character info down. Now I am chilling on my bed cruising Tumblr and listening to the rain. Hopefully you're all having a great day!
