Just to let the community know; that we wouldn’t be where we are today. Without our strong trans women of colour fighting for our rights. They have paved the foundation for us to build our community on. Yet, their names lost to the memories of history, even with their impactful strides. We need to acknowledge this beautiful and strong women, if we ever want to help stop the massacre of our trans sisters. There is a epidemic having within our community. we need to stop it, give our trans members of colour hope to live past the age of 35 before having their lives taken.

I’ve gone through a full mind spin here. Someone I went to school within; who was deadset in being a man. (Ftm) like every moment for them was being a man and completing their transition. Is detrans now, and identifying as a woman. Like how can someone could from wanting all that so deeply to now saying ‘finally be living the authenticity’ and ‘what a blessing to finally be living’. Like huh? So all those deep moments and conversations about identity and gender were a lie? U were pretending for ten years?

This is legit, need for help in understanding here. Bc I don’t understand at all.

I saw a tik tok video about their being a gay couple in the new hunger games book (Sunrise on the reaping). That was causing some discord…. Because of course it was *deeply sign*. I’ve just completed the book.

The gay couple that caused the discord….. half a paragraph. Mentions how queerness is seen/treated in the district. One unnamed character and not even seen. Just mentioned. That’s it
