Somehow I missed how funny this is the first time I watched it
We all should appreciate what a cute boy Vannevar was once.
LA by Night crackNOcrack 1
When you did something and people actually noticed that it’s a little frightening.
Why do every Tremere of House Carna hate Strauss so much? Ok, Eva thought he killed her lover/sire and he cursed her. But what did he do to Wyrd Sisters to deserve all that hatred?
By the way Eva said that Strauss is all about the rules. Judging by his actions it is not true. By the Camarilla rules Katya and Eva should be dead. By Tremere rules they absolutely should be dead. But Katya is alive (broken but still alive) and Eva is just cursed.
By just cursed I mean that not only she was embraced out of law but then she stole books from Strauss. She literally robed The Pyramid. So another signing up for a death sentence. While Strauss had or maybe still has her blood. Point is if he really was all about the rules then he would want Eva found and dead. And if he really wanted that she would be tracked down and executed in some very gruesome way. Instead it is just a meaningful curse.
Though Strauss had too much pleasure referring to this curse. “The years have been kind”, really? This is something very personal, I think. But I’m not sure it is what Katya thinks it is. Could it really be jealousy? Don’t know if such felling is his thing.
Anyway, Strauss was (by his standards) as merciful with Eva as he could be if you think about it. And she calls him a “Monster”. This seems a little unfair. On the other hand... we’ll see.
Season 4 is comming. And good Tremere girl is waiting passionly but patiently.
Sorry for my English!
I have somewhat of a problem with Annabelle. It’s about her declaring she is against violence but then using it in very scary and (I hope, unknowingly) cruel way. Maybe even the worst way.
I mean situation with Nick. Annabelle has beat him into torpor while he was paralyzed by stake in the heart and she thought that it is better than to murder him. In human terms “she has beat tied up man into coma and believed it is better than to murder him”. The thing is that in my opinion what Annabelle was doing is torture.
A heroine that considers herself good person believes that torturing helpless enemy is not so bad as killing him. Once more. In Anabelle’s mind torture is ok, good and just (especially than you do not see it as one). But simple fast killing is bad.
I do understand that it was Annabelle’s big to kill or not to kill moment. I respect her final decision. But it seems that it never procced in her mind that what she did back there might be even worse than what she didn’t do. I feel like it could be interesting thing to think about.
And this is my problem with Annabelle.
It doesn’t mean that I don’t like her by the way.

So I can't stop thinking about something that happened in “Vampire: The Masquerade - L.A. By Night” Season 3 Episode 9.
When Eva touched lay lines before her burns were black. But Garrick’s here were red. Why?
Does it depend on generation? On age and power?
On what exact lay line you touch? On how much power do you use touching it?
Or is it just because of Eva’s curse?
Maybe some Garou insight can help with understanding that?
It seems like a little thing but I can’t help myself but getting more and more interested in how this thing works. Good Tremere girl wants to know!
And what has happened when Garrick touched lay lines? There should be some consequences in L.A. area!
Sorry for my English!
