I love how SU will just casually remind you that they’re set on a alternative universe Earth (with aliens and different states), but they are never explicit. 

Like, The Mailman will just go “I’m gonna go to Kansas and become a movie star”, or Steven will say “I’m gonna go visit all the 39 states”, or that time they looked at a map and Russia was just not there. 

It’s so subtle and that’s so goddamn funny.
