As a yoga instructor, I often remind my class to breathe. Coincidently, as I wrap up my last year as an undergrad, this is something I need to remind myself of as well. ॐ

1 1/4 cups (310 ml) pineapple juice

juice from 1/4 a lemon

handful fresh spinach leaves

1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger

Thinking about going vegan this summer or possibly next school year. Right now that would be really difficult since I'm on a meal plan and have to eat in the caf until May 27th. Since I'm already a vegetarian, it wouldn't be too much of a change, but we'll see.
