the horse must be from a SFW video game, or if the horse if from an NSFW video game, you must include that in your submission and the horse is not allowed to be involved with the NSFW subjects within the game.
please make sure the picture you’re submitting is of decent quality unless decent quality images of the horse in question don’t exist.
please search for your horse on the blog before submitting, just in case they’ve been posted already.

it’s okay to submit a different version of the same horse, as long as said version looks significantly different or is special in some way.
preferably i’d like to post horses that have names, but if there’s a particularly notable horse that is named “horse” or is otherwise unnamed, i’m willing to make exceptions.
unicorns, pegasi, and other mythical horses count as horses. frankly i love them. please show me your magic horses.
What counts as a video game? any piece of interactive content that can be viewed on a screen. PC games, console games(handhelds included), browser/flash games, visual novels, etc. the game must have a visual component, though, such as sprites or models.
What counts as a horse? any horselike creature that stands on four legs. centaurs only count if the non-horse half is also not human(/elf/dwarf/orc, anything that has a man-like face). the important part is that there is not a human involved in the character’s physiology. characters like Xerneas or Deerling from Pokemon do not count, as they are deerlike and not horselike. in the end, i will discern if the character is suitably horselike. a good rule of thumb is that if it has horselike hooves, it probably counts as a horse, but creatures like Baluchimon, which is undeniably horselike but does not have hooves, also count. Seahorse characters may or may not count, depending on how much the character resembles a land horse. Horse-adjacent creatures such as zebra, donkeys, and mules do count. it’s all subjective. horses is a feeling.

Upon receiving a commission of an art piece or character design from me, it is yours. You may do whatever you want with the image, AS LONG AS you adhere to these simple boundaries;
Do not resell my artwork as an NFT(Non-Fungible Token)
Do not resell my artwork using cryptocurrency or associate my artwork with crypto.
Do not use my art to aid in AI image generation, or generate images based on my art.
Do not use my art or designs created by me to spread hate speech, including racism, transphobia, homophobia, antisemitism, islamophobia, zionism, sexism, or transmisogyny.
Do not remove my credit from the artwork, such as my (non-intrusive) watermark, or removing/failing to include my name from the attribution/caption on whatever site you're posting the artwork on, such as the "artist/designer" credit on Toyhouse.
Ownership of the character can be transferred at any time at your discretion, such as in a transaction on Toyhouse, but evidence of my creating of the design must be visible(unless the character is redesigned beyond recognition to my original design).
When you receive a character design from me, said character's rights are solely your own. The only part of the character that is at all affiliated with me is the original reference sheet created for the character. Any artwork made of the character later on is not affiliated with me unless I was the one who created it.
I have every right to refuse any commission prior to payment, for any reason. If I decide that I am unable to or unwilling to finish a commission during the process, I will send you a full refund of your money, and depending on how far I got into making the piece, you will receive the WIP drawing upon request.
If you decide to cancel your commission midway through the process, you will receive a 70% refund, with the remaining 30% going to me as a fee for the labor I already did. Depending on how far I got into creating the piece, I may reduce my fee to 20%. You will also not receive the WIP piece, to discourage people from cancelling on me on purpose to receive art for much cheaper than I am offering.
i am an 18 year old neurodivergent trans man living with my mother, my older brother, and our cats. my mom recently lost her job and we are behind on rent. i am currently unemployed as i do not yet have my state ID and can't apply for jobs. we have very little food in the house currently and cannot afford to get much more because pretty much all of the money my brother is making needs to go to bills and expenses.

I ask because I've noticed that more often than not, horseposts that include that tagline often get less notes than others, and I fear that my flippant dismissal of riders/humans might be discouraging to people who would have otherwise liked the post. I've gotten a couple asks asking me if I genuinely hate humans who ride horses(I don't, I just like playing like I do), and I don't really want to come off that way if it's actually confusing people.

this is just to give me a bit more time to fill up the queue again while also juggling a bunch of life stuff! maybe tmi, but our lease is up in february, and we're currrently trying to decide whether we'll be renewing or moving. as you can imagine this is quite stressful! so i need a bit more time to fill up the queue and continue providing wonderful video game horses for you all :)
