My mom...
So.. my mom is going to sign us(my brother, her and I) for a half-marathon relay in August... so that's 4 miles for me.. I'm excited, nervous and scared. We'll see how this goes.
Weigh in July 1st
So... I got convinced to go to the gym and after a long while I finally came back. I didn't do much but it was still something Last weigh in: 257 Today: 255 Pounds lost so far: 10 I've not been concerned about checking my weight and it actually came out decent although it wasn't from the previous weigh ins.. Brother and I were thinking of getting a gym membership at the end of the month since he's living with me for a while so we'll see how that ends out. Overall, I feel happy and relieved!
Hey guys... not really active on the blog at the moment... trying my best to get back into habit again. I'm getting bored with my workouts so gonna try something new in the next few weeks. I haven't weighed myself, but I'm still not drinking soda and that stuff.. just coffee, water and tea. Eating is a bit better, I watch what I eat a lot more, but still indulging. Working out not so much... but here's m snapchat if anyone wants to add me and see what I do during the day (sometimes I'm boring) but thanks!

I went to comic con remember!!!!? We ate out alot. I had ice cream and fast food, went to a movie and had popcorn... it's okay!!! I'm fine with it. A little lazy after, but I'll over come it. Going back to the gym I'm fine!

After 2 weeks? Ugh! I had a good weekend last weekend... I went to comic con... gained a bit of weight(oh well) had fun with my brothers! Now it's time to go back to work(out). Worked out for a while... but the creep keeps coming in so I usually leave if he comes in. Did some squats... and weights on my arms... will post my weekly weigh ins from this week and last ...

This week
Idk what happened the week started out good, but we've ate out a few times and I got some ok choices. Work I had some breakfast burros, and stuff? Don't know. Today were supposed to go up tumamoc today fingers crossed I don't feel lazy.
Geez.
Stayed in my car for 30 mins cause I didn’t want to go into the house because of the stairs.. It hurt so bad… can I just not be sore anymore so I can workout to get sore again?
I LOST THE BATTLE LAST NIGHT
Soo…. last night was my best friends birthday and we went bar hoping downtown. I did really good and did not drink any alcohol. However, around 1am I got hungry and my friends had pizza delivered to our bar. I gave in and had a slice :( I was doing so well and hadn’t cheated up until this point. I feel pretty crappy about it and hope this isn’t the start of my downfall. Today I’m going to an amusement park where we are getting a free lunch. I’m more than positive there wont be anything I can actually eat there. Does anyone else feel like having a social life and going out to do things is detrimental to their weight loss goals? If anyone has advice I could definitely use it.

Sore-ry
Haha. So sore from these past few days.. taking some rest days.. cousin is graduating tomorrow so will most likely sleep and then head over.. then work. Work looks slow... will post today's adventure during lunch!

May 23
Got home from the casino around 730 in the morning. Crazy I know… went to sleep woke up super sore and I did not want to get out of bed. My brother ordered pizza, but I told him that I didn’t want any, but had leftovers instead. Around 5 he asked if we could go to tumamoc hill cause he felt like crap. I agreed and we got ready to leave.
I’ve been there before a few years ago and I’ve never made it to the top. I’ve been meaning to go, but never had the guts.
We made it! The view was amazing.. we were almost going to turn around because it was getting dark, but he said we were almost there so I did it. I was so proud because the last time I went I gave up, this time was different.
After we went to Subway and the hot subway guy was there. It was pretty nice to talk to him. Haha. We went home and I fell asleep… I was supposed to workout and pick up my coworker at work and go to the casino again.
I did workout… not much but a little.. did the arms then went to the bar. I had a margarita and a glass of Moscato. Yum.
Week 9 weigh in may 22rd
Last week’s weight: 255 This week’s weight: 255 Pounds lost my this week: 0 Pounds lost so far: 13 I’m okay with this week’s weigh in… I ate out a good amount… had drinks… went to some fast food places and I also barley worked out. The weigh in makes sense. I’m usually okay with the weigh ins… but I read if you check it more frequently you could keep more track of it? So maybe 3 times a week? Monday, Wednesday and fridays? Just to see how we’re doing.. other than that it was a great week, I feel happy.
