Role : The respected bartender of HoTale la Lunaria's neon Snowdin bar, and an anonymous writer.
Personality : A hint of arrogance, who thinks he's the best in everything, and tends to step over the younger staff. He, however, has a caring heart, and quite a coward himself. He likes challenging others for what he can do, but often loses... Yeah.
Abilities : Although mentioned how he isn't actually that good at everything, bartending was of course, his expertise... I think. He's a great poet, and as a flame soul, he wields pyromancy. However, he acts in defense, and as much as he dislikes the youth, he couldn't hurt a single fly. He also had this weird ability of haunting by unintentionally scaring everyone only with his sadness.
Backstory : Grillby Kim was the most talented scholar to ever pass their regional ministry exam at his time. His tragedy befall him because of innocent stories he secretly wrote which were deemed vulgar during the Joseon Dynasty's era, therefore he was defamed, humiliated, and stripped off his title by the other scholars, and even lost his wife and friends. After his sad death, he was recruited by Sans to his staff to save face and hopefully, clear his name from historical humiliation.
Species : Arachnid soul, Former human
Role : She was once married to a cruel noble family, now she's the head housekeeper of HoTale la Lunaria.
Personality : Elegance is what describes her. She isn't prideful, however, she is aware of her youth-like looks, and would most likely tease the other staff who stares at her for it (she gets easily annoyed by them tho). She has a fiery and cryptic personality, but has a heart of a loving mother. Hatred is bottled up inside her.
Abilities : Can spin spiderwebs to trap/entangle enemies (she hates making them tho, cuz it'd create a terrible mess), and has excellent reflexes and agility. She could also absorb and compact air into one pressuring force when she's haunting, suffocating a victim.
Backstory : Muffet was a mother in her past life. After her baby daughter died due to her in-laws' negligence, she wandered the streets dazed with her baby's corpse in her arms, while the town called her crazy. When she first met Sans, she was desperate to kill her in-laws, the Han, herself, but instead was suggested to watch their family name purge from existence. Therefore she joined hands with Sans and swore to witness the family line fade for over 300 years as her silent revenge.

Role : The receptionist at the front desk of HoTale la Lunaria, and was a piano prodigy and student.
Personality : Friendly, kind, and cheerful. Unlike the other two main staff, Kris goes along with Frisk pretty well, despite being constantly pushed away from everyone because of his sunshine clinginess. He's filled with sympathy, and is soft-hearted, but has one dark intention underneath his nice nature... a silent desire for revenge.
Abilities : Skilled in piano, swordsmanship and marksmanship, and very agile, so he often likes sneaking up on other staff, especially newbies like Frisk. Because he isn't outright evil as a soul, he does not possess any other supernatural abilities other than possessing the unconscious.
Backstory : Kris was born from a noble family of diplomats. He was a straight A+ student in his academy, very talented, and of course, friendly. What he loves the most was holding hands with his sister and just hanging out with her, riding a bike together across their lawn. During the Korean war, unfortunately, as he was trying to flee with his sister in hand, he was accidentally shot by his own best friend, marking the unexpected end of his life. He may looked obvious, but he admitted that the reason he worked for Sans was because so that he could wait for his sister... Or was that really all that there is?
