“There’s a certain undeniable, exciting energy that comes with spring. It reminds me of running around my family’s farm in France and selling vegetables with my father at the local market,” said chef Daniel Boulud, who thinks of the glorious return of vibrant produce and herbs as a symbol of rebirth, creativity, and hope.
