Yandere Swamp Monster pt.1
●You have decided to take a break from your research, your trying to analyze the water here on an island. The landscape is swampy and humid and the small hut your in doesn't have AC.
●Wiping the sweat from your brow you take in a deep breath and enjoy the landscape. It was pretty beautiful, long willow trees and water flowers everywhere.
●Your in college and are pretty excited that your school allowed you funding for your research. You were trying to prove that water had healing properties. You had found that on this small island it was said that the water here was blessed.
●You weren't sure but the people were nice and answered all of your questions. the children were especially cute and excited about your presence.
●Walking besides the swampy water you gaze out at it and smile. This place was a hidden gem from the city, where you couldn't even see the stars at night. But here you could see and hear everything.
●You had been here for two weeks and had two more to go, you would enjoy it while you can.
●You decided to head back since you had been sight seeing for about an hour. it was getting late and you were tired.
●You stopped when you saw a pile or pink and white flowers growing along your door, the vines were spread out everywhere.
●“Umm, this is strange but they are beautiful flowers.” you said to yourself
●Moving the vines aside you weren't sure if you should cut them down or leave them? Too tired to care at the moment you decided to head to bed.
●The next day when you were coming back from the village with food, you were met with gold pieces and multicolored rocks. Picking it up and looking around she placed them in a bowl.
●who was doing this? was it the villagers welcoming her? she didn't need the gold byt the rock and flowers were appreciated.
●The next day Haru came to visit her, he was a handsome and very kind too her and made her laugh.
●“How are you today Y/N?” he asked while placing a bag of fruits on her table.
●“I am great Haru, it is nice to see you.” she responded politely
●“I've brought you some fruit it is harvest season and I thought you would enjoy some.”
●“Thank you they look delicious, have you been leaving gifts outside my door?” she asked while looking through the bag of fruit and eating a pink colored berry.
●“Gifts? No I haven't, and im sure no one from the village has been out here. what kind of gifts?” He was frowning. why did he look worried?
●“Oh, just some flowers, gold coins and some pretty rocks.” she responded
●“Did you accept them?” he asked looking in fear now.
●“Yeah… I thought they were a gift from the village.” she said worry lacing her voice.
●“You must give them back- toss them into the water!” he almost yelled. his eyes looking around in fear.
●“What why? what's going on, do they mean something?” she asked
●“I can not say.. it is forbidden for anyone to interfere, just please give them back. I must go, goodbye Y/N” Haru said in a low whisper and headed to the door and running out.
●You were greatly confused and didn't understand what was going on. maybe the items were apart of some superstition the villagers practiced.
●When nighttime had settled she felt like something was wrong. she didn't feel safe the fear on Haru face was so terrifying. She had thrown the items in the lake like he said and hoped that that was the end of everything.
●Closing her eyes she went to sleep and was awoken some hours later by a sloshing sound.
●Stepping out of bed she gasped as her feet was meet with cold water. her hut was filled with water, vines were everywhere.
●What was going on? was there a flood? quickly getting out of bed she waded in the water and looked for a way out the water was up to her hip.
●“Did you not like my gifts? where they not to your liking” A deep scratchy voice called out in the dark.
●looking around frantically you couldn't see anything, your breath coming faster in faster in your panic.
●“Who are you? what are you doing in my house?” you screamed in panic as the water started to rise and rise. Your legs kicking to keep you afloat.
●“You are so beautiful, perfect.”
●By now the water was up to your neck, you were going to drown!
●“Please help me!” you were scared you didn't want to die like this. you were so cold.
●“ Help?” the voice asked it seemed closer and closer
●“Yes! please I don't want to die!” You sobbed as your head dipped under and water clogged your throat.
●Before everything went dark and you passed out you swore you saw a flash of red eyes and green scales?
