Today we’re featuring a character who isn’t very well-known and has been seriously underrated.
Did you recognize him from his appearance? It’s Klonoa
Klonoa is the hero of a platformer video game series created by the Japanese company Namco in 1997. He is described as the “Dream Traveler,” a mythical character known for traveling to various dream worlds to save them from danger.
· Appearance and Type: An animal-like creature that combines the traits of a cat and a rabbit (he has long ears), though his designer leaves his exact species open to the player’s interpretation. He wears a blue hat with a picture of Pac-Man on it.
· Personality: Known for his determination, kindness, and good heart. He is brave, a bit reckless, and willing to do anything to save his friends and the world.
· Abilities: He uses a magic ring that fires “Wind Bullets” to enlarge enemies, then flings them to hit other targets or to perform a double jump.
· Voice: He is voiced in Japanese by actress Komiko Watanabe.
