Yay! Gogol Bordello stage set up before the show. And the new CD. I got it signed by Tommy, Eugene, and Sergey after the show. Such a great show, so glad to have been able to go.

I’m pretty happy with myself for this shot. It’s not technically perfect, but then I’ve never really given a shit about that kind of thing… Moment captured, job done. :)

This was my favorite picture I shot during the Gogol Bordello set at the Primus show on Wednesday.
This was the first time seeing both bands, which is weird cause I’ve been to like a million shows, and have liked both for about a decade. It was fun.

My life would be COMPLETE if Eugene Hutz jumped on my car! Fucking LOVE Gogol Bordello! I remember when I saw them live- it was right after my dad’s cancer surgery was done. They ended the show with ‘Through The Roof ‘N Underground’ and ‘Undestructable’. By then end tears were streaming down my face because I felt like Mr. Hutz spoke to me. He came up to me and shook my hand and said “thank you for coming, I’m glad you enjoyed the show, and things will get better”. Such a polite man.
