I just read the college/high school au ask and was wondering do you. Have any college au headcanons?

Ben Solo
Ben is there on a sports scholarship but doesn’t think that’s really what he wants to do with his life.
He has a rocky relationship with his parents and doesn’t call home often, so he’s lonely and he either isolates himself entirely or obnoxiously surrounds himself with people. it’s one or the other based on mood.
When he was a kid, he wanted to be a pilot like his dad, but sees that as kind of childish now, especially since he’s not on good terms with Han.
He’s bisexual and doesn’t particularly hide it.
He has a casual sexual relationship with Poe, who he’s known since HS.
He hooked up with Hux once when they were both drunk at a party. They haven’t talked about it since but they’ve both thought about it.
Armitage Hux
Hux is a pre-law student and is extremely driven. He is never late to classes and is the guy that always has extra pencils and expensive pens.
He comes from money and it’s obvious, even if he doesn’t mean it to be.
He has little to no contact with his father unless his father insists on it. Brendol is a politician and very concerned with appearances.
He isn’t closeted but neither is he entirely open about his preferences, and this is more than a little due to Brendol.
His ill advised hook up with Ben Solo at a party was privately humiliating. He hates his attraction to him more than a little.
He involves himself in extracurricular and extra credit work.
Poe Dameron
Poe is an aerospace engineering major and his main goal is to become a commercial pilot. He has a problem with getting homework turned in on time or exactly how the professors asked, but it’s always solid work.
He works on logging hours for a private pilot’s license in his free time.
His father is still alive but his mother died when he was 8. He still wears her ring on a necklace almost all the time.
He’s very close with the Organa-Solo family, or at least he used to be. They took him under their wing as a teenager when Kes was working long hours providing for him and Poe didn’t have a mother around. He hasn’t seen them since Ben broke contact with them shortly after highschool. He misses them honestly, especially Leia.
Poe is very close friends with Finn and even had a crush on him, until he realized that Finn is irredeemably straight. He still kinda has feelings.
Rose Tico
Rose loves animals and is going to school to become a veterinarian.
She originally considered social work and even took a couple of classes, but some of the topics hit too close to home regarding her childhood.
She had a job working with her dad doing maintenance work for buildings before college. Minor plumbing, electrical, he is a jack of all trades and so Rose has a lot of handy skills when things go wrong in the dorms.
Rey
She is a criminal justice major. She had a rough childhood growing up in the system and wants to try to make the streets and neighborhoods safer.
She’s a volunteer tutor and also volunteers at class labs. She loves science and also has a passion for languages.
She is very close with Finn, but has had a few tutoring sessions helping Ben with his Spanish and might get a little bit blushy around him (even if they do disagree terribly on politics and have gotten into arguments).
Finn
He is a criminal justice major that just transferred from another school.
Finn immediately made friends with his roommate Poe and also Rey, who both helped show him the ropes of the school.
He also has a mad crush on Rey and was ridiculously excited to be in a lot of the same classes as her. They study together a lot and have bonded over both being adopted, but they haven’t dated.
