Please help my friend Mahmoud if you can. His family continues to live through ordeals one after another. In the past couple of years, he has been struck with shrapnel twice, once in his back and once in his brain, his wife had to undergo cancer treatment for stage 4 cancer on her own, they gave birth to a baby but weren't able to feed him and he starved for days if not weeks, a wall collapsed on their tent and they were stuck under the rubble for 15 minutes before being rescued, and just 2 months ago, their 5 year old son passed away and now they have to pay off the debt they took on to pay for funeral expenses. Please help my friend Mahmoud @mahmoud0qassas

My baby Qais will die because his surgery is delayed. As an oppressed mother in Gaza, I am forced to postpone his surgical procedure —not by choice, but because this post is ignored and not shared.
I will not forgive anyone who watches my child fade and scrolls past without mercy. One share delays his death—but one donation can end this waiting and bring his surgery closer today.
I am pleading with you as a persecuted mother in Gaza, helplessly watching my baby bleed before my eyes with no way to ease his pain. Please donate today and help me save his life before it is too late.
My baby Qais has run out of medicine, and I urgently need to buy a new supply, but I simply do not have the money. To everyone who helped us before, I am begging you from my heart—please consider supporting Qais again today. Your kindness has kept him going, and he still desperately needs your help.

My Mother's Life Depends on Your Kindness 💔
My mother is in Gaza, where every day is a struggle to survive. Some time ago, she was injured when shrapnel from nearby shelling struck her back. She tried to endure the pain for as long as she could, but now her condition has become critical.
She has now been admitted to the hospital, and her condition is very serious. She is suffering from unbearable back pain, extreme exhaustion, and every passing day brings more suffering. Watching my mother fight through this pain while I can do so little is heartbreaking.
The doctors told us that she urgently needs emergency back surgery. They warned us that the operation must be performed within the next 6 days to prevent her condition from deteriorating further.
The total cost of this life-saving surgery is $1,000.
Thanks to the incredible kindness of compassionate people, we have now raised $267 through our previous fundraising posts. We are deeply grateful to every person who has donated, shared our story, or kept my mother in their prayers.
That means we still need $441 from this appeal to complete the remaining amount needed for her surgery. We are getting closer, but time is running out, and every dollar brings my mother one step closer to the operation that could save her life.
I am begging you from the bottom of my heart: please don't scroll past my mother's suffering. Every donation, no matter how small, truly makes a difference. Even $5 or $10 can help when many kind people come together.
If you are unable to donate, please share this post with your friends, family, and community. Your share could reach someone who is able to help save my mother's life.
Please help us raise the remaining $441 within the next 6 days. My mother's condition is very serious, and she cannot wait any longer.
Thank you for your kindness, your prayers, and for standing with my family during the most difficult time of our lives ❤️.

Israeli banks are planning to end services to Palestinian banks in the West Bank. They are the only means by which Palestinians in the West Bank can receive and transfer money internationally, and they also provide the system through which many Palestinians are paid. This is a disaster in the making.

as-Salēm 3aleīcum, folks. You probably already know about Ibrahim @aburakhiaibrahim and his parents, amongst the millions trapped in a life-or-death cycle systemically imposed on them in the Gaza Strip.
After surviving a coma and struggling to care for his elderly parents in a flooded, storm-ravaged tent, they still face the most immediate threat: he's had persistent hardships trying to afford very critical medication for his condition. As of now, he's been able to procure only 5 days-worth of meds, whilst still needing to afford basic groceries as well.
Due to the zionist siege and ensuing artificial scarcity, the price of his pills has skyrocketed beyond reach. Without them and proper medical care the occupation won't let him get in Gaza, doctors have warned his condition might further deteriorate. Every missed dose brings him closer to irreversible collapse.
His only path to survival is join his sister in Canada along with his parents, where they can finally access consistent healthcare, shelter, and safety. But right now, he cannot even afford the medicine that would keep him alive long enough to evacuate.
We helped him survive the coma and the storms. We cannot let him die waiting for pills. Please, help them get nurturing along with his meds.

Please, donate what you can. Even small amounts add up to a dose. If you can't, please reblog this post, as exposure is their only supply line until Allāh ﷻ knows when.
Don't let a vulnerable person die from a treatable condition in plain sight. This is not just aid, it's a race against a blockade that prices people out of their own survival.
Though Ibrahim hasn't been present on Tumblr due to staff terminating his blogs, he's still in dire need of help. Ibrahim is currently looking for someone to help donate once a month to his new GoFundMe; $5 or $10, anything someone can comfortably give to help him and his mother.
If you'd be able to donate monthly, please consider helping Ibrahim!

"Hello, my name is Nidaa from Gaza. I am a mother of two little daughters, one of them still a baby. Every day is a struggle to find food and provide even the most basic necessities for my children. We have no stable income, and our situation becomes more difficult with each passing day.
On top of that, I urgently need a surgery, but I cannot afford the cost of it. I need $300 for the procedure, and right now that amount feels impossible for me to raise. The delay fills me with fear because my health continues to affect my ability to care for my daughters.
I swear that my situation is extremely difficult. My husband is injured, and most of the responsibility for our family falls on my shoulders. I am trying to care for my children, provide for them, and face my own health struggles at the same time. Some days I feel completely overwhelmed and scared of what will happen if I cannot get the treatment I need.
My campaign is verified by Gaza Vetters (No. 665). If you are able to help, even a small donation would mean so much to me and my daughters. Thank you for taking the time to read my message. 🙏💔"

On this day, 22 July 1987, Palestinian artist Naji al Ali was shot by an unidentified person in London. He was struck by a bullet below his right eye and fell into a coma that lasted 37 days, until he died on 29 August 1987.Naji al Ali is considered one of the most prominent Palestinian and Arab cartoonists and one of the most important artists who used political art as a tool to raise awareness of the Palestinian cause. His drawings were known for their sharp criticism and boldness, leaving behind a vast legacy of more than 40,000 cartoons addressing Palestinian displacement, corruption, and social injustice.Naji al Ali created the character “Handala” in 1969 in Kuwait. “Handala will always remain ten years old, because at that age he left Palestine, and when Handala returns to Palestine, he will still be ten years old.” After 1973, Handala turned his back to the world and clasped his hands behind him, rejecting external solutions and compromises, becoming al Ali’s signature and a global symbol of Palestinian steadfastness.3.4K44
July 20/21/22, 2026 - Students and workers across India are fighting back against police after a brutal crackdown on student protests.
Tens of thousands of youth and workers marched on New Delhi demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Modi and Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. The protests erupted over the repeated systematic leaks of the country's NEET medical examination answers, leading to the examination results being annulled, a huge blow especially for poor students who can't afford to retake the exam. Riot police brutally assaulted the protesting students, tear gassing, arresting and beating students with lathis.
The protesters decry endemic state corruption and contempt for young people, and have formed their own Cockroach Janta Party, named after a senior judge referred to students as "cockroaches". [video]/[video]
STOP SCROLLING FOR A MOMENT. TONIGHT, I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO LOSE MY WIFE. Tonight, I watched my wife's condition get worse, and my heart nearly stopped. I have never felt so helpless, because I knew she desperately needed treatment and I had no way to provide it. The doctor examined her and prescribed urgent injections and medication that she must start taking as soon as possible. The cost is around €800, and every day of delay makes our fear bigger. I am begging you as a husband who has nothing left except hope in kind strangers. Please help me get my wife the treatment she needs. Your donation today could make the difference between more suffering and a chance for her to recover. Please donate now GoFundMe.
This lot of bollocks around Islamophobia underlying the Uygur genocide hoax is so clumsily set.
The largest mosque anywhere across China is the Id Kah («عيد گاه» in conventional Uygur grammar) mosque, a 15th century temple with infrastructural renovations ordered by the Chinese Communist Party, located in Kashgar, Xinjiang. The last ordained imām who oversaw it, member of the National People's Congress and with the Chinese Communist Party's approval, was an ethnic Uygur named Jüme Tahir. He was murdered by local Ua77abīs in July 2014, as he was heading out from Fajr duties. The then Party's Secretary of Xinjiang co-presided over the imām's funeral and instructed attendees (and why would a Communist do this, if Communism is supposed to be islamophobic?) to observe a moment in silence to honour him.
The Chinese Communist Party then closed the mosque for Islamic services two years later, out of fear that Ua77abī armed violence would endanger more lives of people attending their rites duly.
I should've looked into it sooner than I did years ago.
For a concise debunking of the hoax check out Atrocity Fabrication And Its Consequences’ tenth chapter which is on Xinjiang.
Or for something more in depth look at Barry Sautman’s very recent book Telling Tall Tales: “Uyghur Genocide” as a Political Stratagem. Which you can download for free from Brill.
Sautman has written about Xinjiang, Tibet, and minorities in China for more than twenty years at this point. I encountered his work before while reading Ferrana’s book Why The World Needs China where he’s used as a source a fair bit in the 8th and 9th chapters. One of the most notable things was his data revealing that rather than being an internal colony Xinjiang received very generous subsidies and credit from the central government despite various loss making ventures. Wealth was flowing into the region from the richer eastern regions. Not out.
