Not original idea Iām doing anyways
So hi i saw some others drawing the singularities in Vita Carnis as people and i was like well heck thatās something i would do so i did it (sorta) I havenāt drawn every one of them to the fullest of my capabilities but hereās what ive got so far
Iāve also written a silly note about them! So here it is.
5 things ab each singularity person
- Last name āPremierā was chosen for its connection to the meaning of āoneā or āfirstā since they are singularities after all.
- Each character has been kept quite true to the singularities personalities presented in Vita Carnis with a few add ons I personally wrote due to the human nature of what Iāve created as well as their corresponding creatures.
- I tried to have semblance of their corresponding creatures mix with their core personalities, physicality and designs
- They are my sillies and I love them. This note was made as a way to explain my idea to my best friend so the note will look like my texting style
Corresponding creature: Crawl
- neutral though empathetic in a sense sheās a people watcher but she doesnāt know stalking is a felony she wants to know what youāre doing at all times and sheās gonna compliment u even if you mess up because like all she sees is cool human thing
- She seems to want to be helpful more than anything. Got the āsurgery is stabbing someone to lifeā approach to helping people tho she needs guidance if she asks to help which she will
- Girl falls asleep w her ear to anything that makes noise and silence is like torture to her like donāt leave her in silence sheās already crazy donāt make it worse
- The vein type things on her head and arms is literally crawl and the thing in her head is sm she can see out of like sheās lowkey hardcore
- The youngest but kinda the leader type sheās a teensy bit rigid in her ways but sheās chill trust sheās learning but at the same time she maayyyyy have ulterior motives
When put in a human body she was absolutely fascinated by fingers. She adores having limbs and she loves walking, drawing, writing etc. sometimes she just stares at her hands in some sort of awe and dissociation
Corresponding creature: Trimming
- Curious and happy seeming. Generally just happy to be there and see other people. Sheās Happy to learn about just about anything you show her.
- Sheās got big feelings ngl sheās like a super bubbly teenage girl but like a super powerful entity. As long as she has a stable routine and you donāt try to lie to her about the time sheās chillin. (She knows the time at all times somehow but will test you and see if youāre lying no one knows why the time in particular sets her off but just..tell the truth k)
- She also got one of those orb thingies but itās on her chest under her collarbone and she seems to sorta feel things in front of her through it
- She also vibes to music but maybe not to the extreme V1 does like she can bear silence but sheās not a fan of it sheās more of a video game and movie enjoyer.
- Hyperactive sheās a lot for the researchers to keep up with and unlike her corresponding creature she is quite energetic with her consistent need to know whatās going on and have a sort of routine
Sheās incredibly dyslexic itās bad dude. The researchers are about 50% sure she simply memorized words and canāt really read because when sheās faced with a new word she struggles immensely that does not mean she doesnāt try tho
Corresponding creature: meat snake
- Sorta detached but sheāll talk if prompted. Sheās nice even sheās just really quiet
- She doesnāt mind being in a quiet space honestly most of the time she just sleeps though she likes reading, especially horror stories and medical textbooks when asked why she says death is comforting to her.
- The orb type thing sheās got is on her stomach and she can smell w it itās hard to explain but trust
- She likes little trinkets she keeps everything someone gives her even if itās a piece of paper and if someone tries to take it back she gets upset wondering what she did to make them want it back. She can get erratic in this state
- An insane escape artist which is bad because she also does not understand that stalking is a felony. She will not be kept in a space she doesnāt want to even if sheās being asked questions no one knows how she gets out of the places sheās in donāt ask she probably doesnāt know either
While normally not caring much for most things sheās learned she loves candy and as such itās usually used as a sort of bribe to do tests by the researchers. She doesnāt mind usually but the others worry itās meant to be demeaning.
Corresponding creature: mimic
- Curious but donāt be fooled sheās very sneaky itās very likely she does not mean you well. Yes she will listen and sheās somewhat nice but sheās also manipulative. If youāve been consistent in your behavior for a long time with her though itās likely youāll gain her respect
- Sheās fine in silence especially in tight spaces she likes to jump out at people so honestly itās better to keep her entertained in other ways donāt try and keep her in one space though she needs to be able to move around
- Some have claimed to hear their own voices coming from where sheās kept but thatās up for speculation itās pretty unlikely and now is just a story she uses to scare any newcomers
- She has her orb thingie on her hands, itās in halves and she uses them to sense body heat and heart rate if sheās holding her hands up sheās about to jump at you
- Lowkey kinda feral, like she bites HARD sheās erratic and only really calms down around other singularities or those she ārespectsā sheās got leash child energy but sheās protective in a way thatās sweet to those who see it
She can climb walls. Yep, each of them have much stronger nails and teeth than humans by default and she uses this to her advantage to literally sink her nails into the walls and hoist herself up even high enough to be on the ceiling. Cautionary warnings about breaking her bones donāt phase her sheāll fall off the wall and land on her feet, or rarely, her hands to prove you wrong.
Corresponding creature: harvester
- Quiet, detached always thinking and calculating and those who have spoken to her directly say sheās between kinda mean and indifferent. She acts somewhat nice in a sorta detached way like hollow politeness but no one knows whatās going on in her head and sheās prone to outbursts if people get too close to her
- She really knows how to get under peoples skin while seeming polite itās common practice to have two people who donāt like eachother speak to her in pairs as to avoid catastrophic conflict
- She doesnāt like or dislike silence if for example someone would try to use silence as a punishment sheāll sit for days or even weeks out of spite itās almost like sheās in a meditative state when sheās in any sort of silence itās odd and sometimes she just says random words almost like sheās reminding herself she exists
- Sheās sometimes not even that friendly towards other singularities purposefully instigating between them though she canāt speak above a whisper. However sheās the first to remind everyone that theyāre singularities and not people of someone feels trapped sheās making sure they understand that theyāre singularities and need to use their resources
- Her orb thingie is on her lower back and she uses it to feel vibrations her movement is hindered in her legs very much to the point she needs to use a cane but her arms are just fine and if someone sneaks up on her theyāre done.
She spends a lot of time meditating mostly because she spends the majority of the time out of a meditative state from her perspective completely out of her own autonomy. She hates eating to the point where she canāt keep things down and has to have a feeding tube. However she can and will happily drink clear liquids like juice and water often preferring to bite into fruit and drink juice that way.
Corresponding creature: Host Of Influence
- Very detached and quiet itās very hard for her to communicate without causing people immense distress as usually she communicates telepathically and this is a source of incredible frustration for her as most canāt understand her otherwise. She is generally a bit snippy because of it with a tendency to believe humans are weak minded. She is unaware that humans tend to see visions when she communicates as well but in the same point no one has told her because when they see them usually they flee.
- There are a few people however who are actually alright with her communication and as such sheās rather kind and calm towards them. They have to alternate often to not overload themselves mentally.
- Her orb thingie is on her neck and itās a double edged sword. She uses it to communicate telepathically however it hinders her speech which is frustrating as is but sheās also hardly able to see and heavily relies on crutches so she canāt even learn sign language efficiently.
- Sheās pretty chill with silence often going into a meditative state similar to V5 but sheāll just leave if she doesnāt like her situation.
- Sheās pretty good friends with V2 having accepted the offer to wear matching Pajamas once as well as V2 being able to easily communicate with her.
She can barely see because sheās blinded by her own visions? She sees whole environments that are completely off from what is actually in front of her and no one has been able to explain it. When she opens her eyes it becomes incredibly overwhelming as the actual environment meshes with her visions and it disorients her.
Corresponding creature: monoliths
- rarely ever speaks to anything or anyone who isnāt a singularity. Sheās very dismissive towards humans as a way to protect the other singularities. She does like the tech they provide though and will thank them.
- She tends to only really speak when spoken to she doesnāt start conversations but she certainly finishes them sheās honest and blunt and sheās quite rigid in her ways having taught V1 basically everything she knows.
- Sheās the eldest and also the most focused she makes sure the others have everything they need and is quick to keep them in their places sheās the only one V5, V1 and V4 will listen to when it comes to other singularities telling them what to do and she rarely ever listens to human commands
- Sheās totally fine with silence, totally fine with noise she doesnāt care about her surroundings as long as she knows where the other singularities are and whatās going on if she doesnāt or if she somehow gets overloaded sheās breaking shit tho
- Her orb thingie is on her lower chest between her rib cage on her diaphragm she uses it to amplify her voice when speaking to other singularities or when catching humansā attention
Sheās incredibly stoic to the point sheās incredibly intimidating to others but secretly she loves music and dancing. She loves the way dancing makes her feel but she would hate anyone to know because she believed this to be a thing just for her.
