Please help me go into remission from Type II diabetes

Hello everyone, I am so sorry to remake this post, but I am very scared. I am experiencing embarassing and vulnerable symptoms- my type II diabetes is becoming progressive, and I am desperate to go into remission. It has affected my liver and my heart, and neuropathy has made me partially incontinent. On April I was hospitalized twice. I have no thyroid, and without medication, it will put me into a myxedema coma and will kill me within days. Hypothyroidism and type II diabetes is making it very difficult for me to find work, as I am from the global south (the Philippines), with government aid only covering 20,000 pesos (around 326 usd) a year. I am the only person in my family who can work; my mother is paralyzed from a brain injury, and my sister is autistic with a very low frustration threshold. I need help covering for my new medication, as I now take metformin twice a day, and phosphates to help with my liver and kidneys, and b complex to help bolster my immune system. Im sorry I keep remaking this post, I am alone and desperate. Community is all I have. Thank you so much for your endless grace and compassion.

Hey everyone, I am sorry for incessantly reblogging this. For pride I am asking for mutual aid. I got laid off at work. A few days ago, my dog, Ares, had an emergency procedure done to remove a large skin tag/mass that had randomly burst, causing him to bleed at an alarming rate. He's currently doing fine! Just a lil tuckered out from the meds.

While it's good that I got approved for a payment arrangement on the spot, I still need to pay around $110-120 every month. With my current pay, minimal work hours, and the bills I already take care of, I'm barely scraping by as it is.

this is not life-threatening, but also who wants weeks of diarrhea and a fucking parasite in them lol. if you suspect you've already had this and it's passed, i would see a doctor. you might need an antiparasitic anyway. if you're actively sick, see a doctor and they might be able to prescribe medication to help you get over it faster.

try to avoid eating raw vegetables, scrub fruit with a produce brush and rinse thoroughly with water. again, don't bother with premade greens or bagged salads. if you buy lettuce, remove the outer 2-3 layers of leaves.

there are UNVERIFIED rumors that the greens have been linked to a company that sources to taco bell. some locations have been actively pulling fresh ingredients like lettuce, avocado, and pico de gallo to mitigate the threat, so i would avoid any products from them just in case. considering how vast supply chains are, i'd be wary of any fast food greens in general for now.

KEMURI launches in 2027 for PS5, PC - Gematsu

KEMURI, the 2023-announced yokai possession action game from Ikumi Nakamura-led studio UNSEEN, will launch for PlayStation 5 and PC in 2027, the developer announced.

“KEMURI began with the excitement of wanting to see something unknown,” UNSEEN CEO and creative director Ikumi Nakamura said in a press release. “What would happen if we could see things ordinary people cannot? And if we were possessed by a YOKAI, what would we look like? How would we move? I wanted to turn that feeling—a little scary, but exciting just to imagine—into a game. Kemuri City is a chaotic place where life and death, fear and humor, reality and the paranormal are all mixed together.”

Nakamura continued, “At UNSEEN, we have truly unique and incredible artists and developers from all over the world. Different cultures, values, and creative instincts have collided as we built this game together. Today, we can finally show everyone the gameplay of KEMURI. We still have a long road ahead, but we hope you look forward to this chaotic city we are building with everything we have. Because now, you are already on the side that has seen it.”

In single-player, distinctive hunters and contracted YOKAI exist alongside the player, supporting them in combat and exploration. In online co-op, players can run through Kemuri City together, taking on the anomalies and YOKAI that appear throughout the city.
