Revisited
After a week of constant care, feeding, helping with every basic human need, Munro had finally regained the use of her arms. Her body was getting stronger every day, but her mind still needed a lot of work. Magical scars were much harder to heal than natural ones, so a lot of the words “mudblood” were still on her body, but at least they were faded a bit.
If her thoughts were coherent at ll, she might have been able to remember some signs so she could communicate her needs, but she couldn’t. Her mind was gone for the time being.
She was simply looking around when she saw a familiar face.

Albus had been debating this for too long.
He knew she was gone, he knew she was taken, just like his sister; but now she was back. He considered not visiting her at all, just because of the mixed feelings, but he knew he was better than that. He had to go. There wasn’t any other option. Even if the very thoughts made him feel sick to his stomach.
He saw her as soon as he walked in. She looked very peaceful, normal even, except for the fact that she had scars all over her body. The very sight of the word “mudblood” made him cringe, and his insides churned with anger and sadness.
No one deserved this. Especially not the girl he was once so in love with.
He approached her slowly, not exactly sure how to handle this situation. Still across the room, he saw her notice him. He froze in his spot for a moment before continuing. “Munro?” he said, after a moment. He walked forward steadily, eyes wandering to each individual scar. Once he was finally next to the bed, he opened his mouth to speak, but he couldn’t find any words. He didn’t have the slightest clue of what to say.
Munro. She recognized that word, everyone had said it around her constantly. She had heard it so often that she turned and looked whenever she heard it. When this boy said it, she looked closely at his face.
A lot of emotions meandered around her head. Joy, sadness, love, fondness, just a lot of things that she didn’t know what she was experiencing. When he sat down next to her, she simply looked at him quizzically, trying to remember who he was. She knew him, she wouldn’t have these types of emotions for a stranger, but she couldn’t tell.
She felt her slips pull up into a slight smile, but confusion was the main emotion on her face.
