Mid November Emerald L King and I were in the Australian Madman National Cosplay Championship final 2016 and came away with the win.  Our characters were Nobunaga Oda and Nohime from Nobunaga’s Ambition: Sphere of Influence. You can see our skit here.

WIP pics of my Nobunaga costume from Nobunaga’s Ambition: Sphere of Influence for the Madman National Cosplay Championship (in Australia). Materials are aluminium rings for the 6-in-1 Japanese chainmaille, tooled leather for the chestplate and greaves, worbla for the arms, pauldrons, gauntlets and poleyns (knee caps).  Two week to get it all done.  I post very regaularly on my FACEBOOK PAGE (i’m really bad a tumblr), so check that out if you want more.

Most of the cosplay weapons I’ve made over the last 4.5 years (a few are missing because I have more than 10). In order from first to latest:

Oerba Yun Fang (Final Fantasy XIII), Zuko (Avatar: The Last Airbender), Noel Kreiss (Final Fantasy XIII-2), Dynasty Warriors 7 (Xiahou Dun Sword, Zhou Yu Staff, Ma Chao lance, Sima Yi War Fan, Lu Xun twin swords), Gulcasa & Yggdra (Yggdra Union - Yggdra sword painted by Lucy), Auron (Final Fantasy X), Nobunaga (Samurai Warriors 2), Date Masamune (Samurai Warriors 4), Fujin (Final Fantasy VIII)

All made with majority wood except Yggdra and war fan.  I post more regularly (and have more info on all these) on my FACEBOOK PAGE
