It’s crazy how things in life can traumatize you without you being aware. You think everything’s fine until the Depression, Panic attacks, anxiety, stress, etc, kick in. & You don’t understand where these things derive from. Not thinking that these are a result of things you’ve endured in your past. You’re walking around with PTSD. Find a release. Talk to someone you can confide in. Life is too short to continue to let people, things, or situations have that much control over you. Refocus your energy on you & what makes you happy. 🤟🏽 May inner peace find you (To whoever reads this). I love you! 💪🏽

Just make sure you never fold & stand tall, and stand behind your vision. We live in a generation where everyone tries to fit in with everyone, and makes changes to their lifestyle and adjust their way of thinking based off of someone else’s hindsight. Be you. And don’t be afraid to cut people off as well. Just because someone’s a good person, it doesn’t mean that they are good for you.🌹
