Discord Book Club

Hi girlies 💕 Was thinking it would be good if I had a small book club of like 7-8 people to force myself to read a book a month and also to make new friends

It would be on discord, with monthly calls during the evening. Books would be picked randomly from suggestions from the club ☺️ I’m currently reading Sunrise on the Reaping if anyone’s the same! If not we can start fresh next month with a new book

And we are finished kids!! The weather was very nice too so I took a nice photo whilst I was picking up my siblings from school. That’s my first year of uni complete 😌 Now all I have to do is wait for my placement to start

Some afternoon studying, it gets dark so quickly I feel like I have to stop working early

I’ve started doing a module in databases this semester, I’ve never done it before but it’s a lot of content so wish me luck!

Just found out one of my closest internet friends is pro-israeli and I’m having a small breakdown here

I don’t understand why people stop recordings on teams, like people need the recording if they miss this

I also don’t understand why they mute the lecturer like nothing is stopping you from just leaving why do you have to be an ass

I swear to you for three years the most stressful part of my life aren’t exams or if I’d get into university but driving

Learning to drive, passing my test, driving after passing but still being shit, learning to park all over again, picking up my siblings from school

I still get anxious when I think about going on the road

After three god damn years

Test on Monday worth 50% of the module’s final mark, Halloween tomorrow so I need to revise, and yet I’ve the worst headache and cold imaginable and two cups of tea have not helped at all 🥴

I went out driving with my ma today (I’ve only passed recently) it did not go well

Can somebody explain how to do roundabouts without freaking out and doing it all in first gear 😳

I went and did a cute study session with my friends and we ended up going shopping together but I also got on the wrong bus and got drenched in the rain twice so there were no winners today 🙃
