Locals Covering Locals Volume 3, by Red Line Roots

Today marks the release of Volume 3 of Red Line Roots’ Locals Covering Locals project.  As with the previous edition, I’m very lucky to have been covered by some friends of mine; this time, Cardboard Ox has recorded an as yet unreleased song called “All That’s Left.”  Check it out along with a bunch of other great songs.

My friend Brett Davey recently celebrated his 50th birthday with a party at the Columbus Theatre in Providence, RI at which he had performers play songs either by Elvis Presley or Elvis Costello: an “Elvis or Elvis” party.  More than happy to take part, I performed two Elvis Costello songs: “So Like Candy” and “I Hope You’re Happy Now.”  You can check out the video of my performances above.

At the conclusion of last night’s show at Fort Foreclosure, I got to join Ben Knox Miller and Jeff Prystowsky of The Low Anthem for a couple of songs.
