This blog was created to celebrate an old, underrated ship of this world, now known as Icassandrus, the chaotic duo of two opposites; a gloomy and deeply anti-social girl and a friendly, hyper, fun-loving guy being perfect for each other~ I just KNOW there are many people out there who used to love this duo—people who shipped them and felt bad when they didn’t end up together in the end, and people who didn’t ship them but still found their dynamic fun and hilarious to watch. This is a shipping blog, however, so IF you dislike this pairing and find it weird and/or cringe, please DO NOT interact.

Since I moved my blog, icassandrus, to make it a main blog, I wanted to bring over the very first ask it received. The response I gave really captures my feelings about this blog, and I believe it belongs here as part of the journey~

Thank you so much for reaching out! I’m very happy to be running this blog! Though I’m keeping my expectations in check ‘cause I know this is an old cartoon with a niche audience, so the following might be small. But that’s exactly why I started this blog—I felt that the show hadn’t received the love it deserved online, and I just really wanted this space to exist! So, it’s not really about population or recognition. I’m doing this for myself, for you, and for anyone who finds joy in this little corner of the internet, where we can cherish such classic, quality shows that have nearly vanished from TV and social media.
