This is incredibly important to remember. Nonbinary isnt just a middle ground or a third gender. Its not being in the binary. Thats it. That means something different to every nb person. So maybe someone does lean a bit more into their assigned gender at birth, they’re still nonbinary and calling them cis just because they arent preforming for you is transphobic- Yes even if you are trans too.

I had the weirdest dream.

It was around fall I believe. Everything was red, orange, yellow, and brown in the forest and like I was searching for dinosaurs with Nari, Archie, and Douxie for some reason? They weren’t even big dinosaurs, they were small and hard to see in the leaves.

Nari was goddamn thrilled to see the colors of autumn and nearly fell into a bunch of pitfalls that were some reason around the area we were in. It was like an abandoned water park? But like we searched everywhere for these tiny camouflaged dinosaurs for like the whole day.

Meanwhile I stumbled across my mom and Strickler for some reason. Strickler was holding an orange rose and was saying that it took him a while to find it. I watched them for a moment as the others searched, and like I nearly yelled because he kissed my mOM. And I almost walked over there to beat him up because I’m protective of my mom.

Like I believe the reason I woke up abruptly was because the image of Strickler kissing my mom jarred my thinking process and gave me an unsettling feeling.

I’m cis because I’m afab and still identify as a woman. If I was afab and identified any other way, I’d be trans. I’m intersex because my body itself has a mixed bag of secondary sex characteristics and hormones.

The label “intersex” itself isn’t a gender identity as much as it’s a way for people with mixed or ambiguous sex characteristics to define that experience. There are cis men and women who are intersex, trans people of every kind as well. I’m sure there are intersex people who just identify as intersex entirely but most intersex people I’ve met still identify as male, female, or nonbinary. Because your body doesn’t determine your gender identity.

Also, the opposite of intersex is perisex. You can be cis or trans, while being intersex or perisex. If you’re not intersex, you are perisex.

Getting a new follower and finding out they’re a terf is kind of like getting a new follower only to realize it’s a porn bot, but a thousand times worse.

Porn bots don’t give a fuck about my content or who I am, but this terf actually scrolled through my blog and thought, “yes, this is a person whose opinions I’d like to see more of.” It makes me feel super fucking gross and that I’m probably not doing enough to support trans women.

So just for the record: trans women are women. The existence of trans women does not detract from my womanhood or the womanhood of anybody else. This is not a blog for people who believe otherwise. Take your transphobia elsewhere.
