Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 cup whole milk. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and salt over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture is hot but not boiling. Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate, stirring until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in vanilla extract. Let the mixture cool to room temperature. Pour mixture into ice cream molds or small paper cups. Insert sticks or popsicle sticks into the molds. Freeze until firm, about 4-6 hours or overnight. Once frozen, remove from molds and enjoy!
