I could not stress this out more. In my theoretical thinking I have been telling myself that I am only paranoid whenever something Like this happens. I thought that itās just female overthinking and utterly over sentimental emotion creating the paranoia, but nature, fate and the Father, have made me realize to trust my gift more. And I have learned that in a hard way, in multiple instances of different gravity because I have been too stubborn not to learn it the first time. Yeap, I must admit I am stubborn. I have been too convicting- no adamant- about giving in to this so called gut instinct. I am too afraid to be called paranoid, Coz this instinct appears to have little proof if none at all. Itās based on feelings. Itās like an apparition that just comes to you. Wrong. Itās not based on feelings, itās not an apparition either.
It is not based on feelings, instinct IS a feeling and just like how you get happy, sad or angry, there is a reason why you feel so. And itās not an apparition either, itās more of like your conscience, while the person doing the āactā gets that little voice inside of him saying otherwise, the person on the other end gets the āinstinctā, you see itās like a conversation between emotions- conscience vs instinct. You see instinct is the way our body reacts to the little things we fail to see, maybe because we are all too familiar with it that we tend to overlook or simply someone is intentionally concealing it that the conscious mind discredit it. But our minds work in ways we donāt usually follow, just like an optical illusion, it is there, but youāre eyes are being tricked to see something else. Our gut instinct is the feeling we have as a result of the things we see but fail to respond to, it is that feeling that responds to the mirror right in front of us when the rabbit supposedly disappears into the box. We believe that the rabbit disappears and the box is empty but in reality, our eyes see the mirror but seeing the reflection of the floor of the box first makes it appear that the box is empty, and we believe that the box is empty but since the eyes saw the mirror, even if its not too obvious, we feel otherwise, we feel that the box is not indeed empty and the rabbit is not really gone. But we canāt blame our eyes, or all the other senses if our consciousness chooses to react to what it sees first, to which is the appearance of the emptied box. We just have to learn to follow our instinct to know where to look, to let us see clearer.
The difference of paranoia to instinct is that paranoia is thinking of seeing something nonexistent, in that particular moment, while instinct is reacting to something existing, that it is indeed there, but since our eyes see all too many it canāt pin point where to look.
