Law of mirroring
( PSA: this is a post directed to myself but if this helps you then thatâs great too ;)
(Also law of mirroring and law of assumption is basically the same thing I just like to think of it as the law of mirroring it helps me process everything moreâ¤ď¸)
The world is your mirror
What you belive and feel to be true about yourself and the world around you will be reflected back to you
So letâs break this down
What do you believe?
Your not worthy, your not chosen, your ugly, your stupid, et
All that is reflected back to you in your everyday life,
Your stuttering, you doing and saying stupid things is because you belive your stupid
You constantly have acne, eye bags, you feel your hair never looks good because you âperceive yourself to be uglyâ and because you focus on that, thatâs what keeps showing up
You believe your not chosen, other girls getting more attention then you, other girls pulling more guys, other girls getting the car they want the money, the grades and things they want and you feel you always come second that your never on top,
so because when these âcircumstancesâ show up you allow yourself to internalize it and be bothered by it and focus on It and complain
Rather then choosing to believe a different story, focus on feeling good about yourself inside and choosing the solution to change rather then keep persisting in the same story there for keeping you in the same cycle
So now that we know this what do we do?
We change the perception and the story.
Hair? Stop saying oh my hair is ugly, my hair is short, my edges are thin, stop persisting in the story the mirror is telling
Tell yourself your hair is long your hair is beautiful you have thick healthy manageable hair
Whenever you start to feel bothered by the story the 3d is showing you, remember that you created it, and you can change it, by simply affirming and persisting in something different
Whenever you look in the mirror affirm âthis is just a reflection of my inner story that I created and I can change it simply by focusing on what I want and telling myself that I have it or will get itâ
Thereâs 2 ways things can go
Example: âlooks in mirrorâ
my hair is so =ugly/beautiful
(pause, and catch yourself in the moment and decide not to repeat the old story and focus on the new one)
My hair is gorgeous I have my Dream hair, my hair grows so fast and so thick eyc,
Just simply catch yourself and choose to persist in a new story
And thatâs with literally anything just simply become aware of your inner world(story) and choose to change it and thatâs it
Itâs so simple thatâs literally it.
