Some good advice from Tom Green.
Mindfulness & Meditation
Wisdom from Wherever You Go, There You Are: Mindfulness Meditation in Everyday Life by Jon Kabat-Zinn
We tend to be unaware that we are constantly thinking. The incessant stream of thoughts flowing through our minds leaves us little respite for inner quiet.
We often get so caught up in the past or future, maybe a fantasy future.
Meditation means learning how to get out of this current, sit by its banks and listen to it, learn from it and use its energies to guide us rather than dominate us.
Mediation is about realizing I’m on a path.
It is about realizing that it is always unfolding, moment by moment.
The best way to capture moments is to pay attention. This is how we cultivate mindfulness. Mindfulness means being awake, know what you are doing.
Breath can be an anchor to tether you to the present moment and to guide you when your mind wanders.

Back to the Future Reboot
In a “Back to the Future” reboot, Marty would travel back to 1989. He would be surprised by the absence of the Internet, SmartPhones, and ubiquitous sushi, and confused by newspaper boxes, landline phones, and fastfood restaurants that only take cash. At the school dance, he would thrill the crowd with his rendition of “The Humpty Dance.”

FUN FACT: In 1955, the BMW Isetta became the world’s first mass-production car to achieve a fuel consumption of 3 L/100 km. It was the top-selling single-cylinder car in the world, with 161,728 units sold.

Imagine climbing into this truck and traveling across America.
This picture makes me think that the reboot needs another sequel.
