You ever see a finale for something that gives you everything you wanted and so much more? Leaving so many doors open that you feel would be amazing to be explored, but you're okay if they never are? Thank you Gooseworx, thank you Glitch, and thank you to the rest of the team behind The Amazing Digital Circus. I'm sorry that the fans sucked quite a bit, but I hope there are still fond memories here and there.

You know what didn't piss me off until recently? In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's anime, an AI occasionally chimes in to explain card effects.

Belos is a lich who keeps making simulacrums of his dead brother, yet somehow there wasn't a Necromancy track in The Owl House?
Obviously Belos just wanted to keep that sort of magic to himself, and telling people not to do certain kind of magic is kinda the purpose of the Coven System.
But joking aside, while grimwalkers and undead wizards fit the pop culture perception of necromancy, I'm not convinced that the people of the Boiling Isles would call those things "necromancy".
The one time the show confirms that necromancy is a known thing* is when Gus considers resorting to "forbidden sources" to do his interview of someone "interesting, accomplished and noteworthy". And in this context, the older definition simply fits better:
Necromancy is a form of divination that involves communing with the dead and/or summoning their spirits.
Which is perfect for what Gus wants to do with it. And under that definition, necromancy would be part of the Oracle track. If it isn't straight up illegal, that is.
(* They don't use the word "necromancy", which might be because of Disney, but "raising the dead" is a pretty clear stand in.)

Also, wondering how many times in Gameoverse, like, within the history of the setting, that Farcade and Syntax have mixed up who the hero and who the villain was.
So, Gamoverse, loving it so far, can't wait for more, I love Gobbles, he's my favorite, but... Man, I am so, SO scared for Kit. Not because of the show necessarily, God knows they'll put her through the wringer, but... Well, I saw what happened to Pomni as soon as Gooseworx revealed she was 25. To quote Mystery Inc.: "This has all happened before."
Okay, so I'm watching Malevolent, and Arthur tells John that he trusts him, then in that exact instant, I get a notification. This is only noteworthy because my notification sound is currently a sound byte of Excalibur from Soul Eater shouting "Fool!"
So, Arthur tells John that he trusts him, and Excalibur immediately calls him a fool, essentially. This felt too beautiful not to share.
While I am glad that the amount of people doing stuff with Caine and Monika is rising, the profound lack of people doing anything with Monika and Gumigoo is kind of astounding.
So, started watching Malevolent a few days ago, and I have a question. When Arthur talks to John, is he thinking these conversations? Or is he talking out loud like a crazy person?
